I'm less impressed by Blackpool scoring 6 against QPR than I am that they managed to only have 1/3 of the possession against a Gareth Ainsworth team.

I don't really get it. The BBC decided it was fine to broadcast an expose of the Qatari government's violations of the human rights of migrant workers instead of broadcasting the opening ceremony of the World Cup last year, but Lineker raising concerns that our own government's policies violate the human rights of migrants on his own channels isn't fine? I can't really reconcile that.

If we're being pedantic, we had a succession of games with 0 away attendees (and 0 home attendees) a couple of seasons ago

I wonder if Matthew Hoppe could be an option. Young American striker at Middlesbrough, but not really getting a look in for their first team.. Has international experience, and just played a couple of friendlies with the USA. Apparently him and Boro are weighing up a loan move to get some game time, so wouldn't be too surprised to see him go on loan to someone at this level.

Peter Whittingham probably on there as well. Wouldn't be surprised if every contribution was for Cardiff.

Also, saw this great exchange from the trial the other day:
"Under cross-examination by defence counsel Lisa Judge, Mr Brinkley discussed a message he had sent Mr McBurnie on Instagram after the match, where he called the player a "scumbag" and said: "Karma will come your way. I wish death on you and your family."

Mr Brinkley denied there was "any malice" in his message and said he wanted the player to know how the incident had made him feel.

A further exchange with a Sheffield United supporter in which the complainant said it was "all about my pay-out" was also raised, which Mr Brinkley said was "just a joke"."
