Say what you want about Blatter, but I don't think even he'd come out with such nonsense as this

First thing she mentions. Look out for a familiar name on the bench. Bore off
When you have a player as internationally famous as Richard Stearman, it's going to get commented on

What exactly happened there? How can they be forced to pay the transfer fee, yet he's not their player? Still funny mind ?
They tried to weasel out of an obligation to buy clause. They had him during the Covid season, and they were obligated to buy him if they got promoted. As the season was extended, Leeds argued that the deadline for the obligation to buy had passed, so they didn't need to fulfil it. They don't get the player because both Leeds and RB Leipzig relinquished any claim to his registration at the start of the following season, so he joined Nantes on a free transfer with written permission by both clubs.

Twenty one million for 48 minutes of football, no goals, and they don't even get to keep the player
Bet Mr Binoculars didn't see that one coming

Madness in the Ipswich game. 2-2 going into injury time after Ipswich blew a 2-0 lead. They were 4-2 up at 90+5, only to draw 4-4. Imagine the meltdown on here if that happened to us!
Incidentally, Keogh was subbed in for Ipswich when they were 3-2 up. Make of that what you will.

Sounds like it wasn't the only mad thing in that game

Yep. Him and Dylan Williams would be ideal for a Warne team as WBs, Bogle and Lowe before them.
It is typical that we played 4-3-3/4-2-3-1 for years when we didn't have any proper wingers. Now we've got some, we've gone with wing-backs.

Absolutely. Liverpool aren’t a direct rival for relegation (or are they?) ?
Need to start getting some away results to be sure. Haven't won one in the league yet in 5 goes.
