Buy at the bottom, sell at the top.

Yours maybe. Can't see a problem if they have the money. They will not make Rooney King, they'll run us as a business.

Rooneys guys will know better interested parties than those so far

Those who own DC United are also co-owners of Swansea City. If the American consortium has links to Rooney, it would be most logical to suggest that it would be through DC United. And they can't own both Swansea and Derby.

I bet this will have been mentioned a number of times but I’ll state the obvious.
MM wants to sell the club but under the current climate the club is not a good investment. Even if there was no pandemic the club isn’t a good investment but it is better with match day income.
I’m not even sure I would want to buy it even if I won the Euromillions record jackpot. If fans were allowed back in and things returned to near normal then it would be easier to take on. I don’t think people are giving MM the credit he deserves by keeping the club afloat.

Waggy paid off all his costs with two goals and a chest down for Roberts. Rooney saved us millions by keeping us up. Mel saved the Club's season by funding the purchase of Roberts who scored a vital goal. Season is over. We move on. COYR

Now I’ve recovered from yesterday I’ve watched the game again and Adam Reach would be superb for us.We so desperately need someone to replace the incompetent Forsythe.

I might be being naive here but how can the club come out and confirm anything just yet when they:
1. Don't know the outcome of the EFL appeal (which is the reason behind the delay in accounts, already confirmed by Stephen Pearce)
2. Don't know whether or not the takeover is going through
3. Don't know the final outcome of the Keogh appeal and any compo we may have to pay
4. We don't know which league we will be in next year which impact the finances either way

Rampage got a reaction from Chris_Martin in What would McClaren do with this team?
Bottom of league over last ten games or as good as. Not quite sure where the four game do or die push is coming from. We needed that at Blackburn. Rotherham will end up with more points than what we have now so we need more points. Their manager says he needs three wins which would give them 48 points. We would therefore need 6 points from four games to beat that. If we do not beat PNE if is looking unlikely. In paper in order of difficulty it is Swansea, Brum, PNE then Wendies. I suspect that we will get no more than 4 points. Rovrum would maybe beat us on GD with 8 points from 6 games. We should be fine with two more wins regardless. So PNE and nail biter against Wendies who will then be relegated already. In a perfect world, Rovrum also down by last game.

Rampage reacted to Carl Sagan in Louie Sibley
I find this whole thing depressing. In the post-match interview it sounded as if Sibley knew he had to hold his tongue, but what I took from his comment at the end that "I'm not here to sit on the bench" made me think he won't be here much longer. Especially if Rooney continues to take credit for playing him in his right position for 45 minutes for the very first time this season. After which, we see another Messi-esque goal, which should surprise no one.
Football's such a simple game. Derby are desperate for creativity and a goal threat. Absolutely desperate. So it's not hard to think we might want to play our most creative forward-thinking player and then put him in the position where he can do most damage to opponents.
I'm glad Louie is a genuine Ram and loves playing for Derby more than anything. It means there's just a chance he might stay if he has a run in the team till the end of the season.

Best game for the Rams. I simply expected him to catch everything and save everything. His kicking was better. He inspired confidence in the toughest looking bunch of hombres we have ever had at the back.

Preston got there when they played us last July. I was puzzled at the time how they'd got there so long before us. All down to which divisions you've spent most time in of course.

He did well on Friday.
I suspect after a lot of just going up and up as a young player this is the first time he's really had to fight to get in a side and with a manager who needs more from him than his talent and agression. If he works hard at doing the right things, he'll start to flourish.

So, if I’ve got my maths right, the 8th game of the 22/23 season will be our 5,000th league game, wow, that’s really something. Wonder if the marketing men will create a special souvenir shirt for that game...I’d buy one. ?
