I understand that tonight many questions will be asked, both of the club and myself. 
Tonight as the news was broke, I was sat in the pub, still am, it's hit me hard as I'm sure it has you all, I was not expecting it, there was no pre warning, no hint of what was to come.
I also understand that over the years my opinion has been questioned, it's something I have had to deal with, sometimes poorly, but with the best and honest of intentions.
Tonight I am hurting, just as much as you all, this is the club I love, the club I adore, the club I have tattooed on my hand for all to see with pride. 
I love this club, please just think when posting over the next few days, weeks in anger, myself, the moderators, we do not deserve to be on the end of your anger or frustration.
Today is a dark day for the club, but as fans, we need to to stick together. We are Derby County, every one of us and we will move forward as one.

FFS after the trail played so well that was shocking shot selection.

I'm trying to read a Roger Penrose book at the moment, it's tough going. The 120 pages of the mathmatical appendixes he keeps refering to make the EFL judgment as easy read.

You are so wrong, but Clough needed a better coaching set up. Keeping Clough whilst getting Mac as assistant or chief coach(I don't think Mac would have gone for that) would have been ideal.  Mac got a season of great performance out of the team Clough created before his crap managment skills put us on a downhill slope. Sadly Mac doesn't have the ability to create a good team, and Clough doen't have the ability to get the best out of his good team.
Clough was sacked as there is no way he would have let Sam Rush play transfers with his team, Rush was intent if getting rid of Clough ASAP.  I would have trusted Clough with the transfer kitty over Rush or Mac anyday, despite Connor Sammon.

When I was growing up I just thought he was a idiot on TV, then I saw some footage of him playing and realised he was an absolute master. I wish he had joined us when had the chance.

My mild mannered mum is fairly ducking furious about the headlines, she refusing to read anymore about it tonight. I get the feeling that EFL have been briefing against us at times people seemed to know what was happening before it was announced.
