I’d love it if we (please post the obvious picture/gif)  got promotion this season. I would snap your hand off if you offered it me today.
As for next season, in my opinion we’d be fine. I honestly think there’s little difference in the abilities of the squad/starting 11 we have today compared with the one that we were relegated with. The one that we were relegated with would have stayed up save for the 21 point deduction - and I really don’t think the Championship has improved in quality that much. A promoted Derby - a team on the up -would be an attractive proposition for out of contract players and loan players. 
I couldn’t give two sh’ts about the EFL reality/conspiracy theories - and everyone is welcome to their opinions. BUT show me one Derby fan who hand on heart - would watch us climb the steps at Wembley - and in that euphoric moment of the trophy being lifted would turn and say out loud “oh I wish this was a year later!!”   BS!!

... But would defo (100%) join in a rousing rendition of "They docked us 21 points...", as our players climbed the stairs to collect the PO Trophy.

I'll trade them the remains of a Saturday night kebab that's been left on a street corner for 48 hours and been chewed by pigeons .In return I'll have Neco Williams, Awoniyi, Wood, Shelvey and the Tik Tok kid.  The pigeon gets to keep the Gherkin unless they throw in Worrall.

We will be submitting our own Business Plan to the EFL, whichever division we are in. This will be less restrictive than the Business Plan the EFL gave us this season. The Club has said that we are in a considerably better position than that Plan predicted at the current time so they will be pushing hard for acceptance of a more flexible plan by the EFL, regardless of division.
I am sure that the new Business Plan submitted will reflect the increased revenues if we are promoted. However, our revenue streams are still excellent at this level. That's down to us, our support has been incredible. 
We've just got to keep it up.
It's actually counterproductive for fans to be publicly criticising the EFL still when the Club's new ownership is working so hard to build bridges with them.
I don't mean on here, btw, but at games and on social media it goes a bit far.

Tbh, I don't really care about what happens afterwards.
I've been supporting this club for 17 years. I've seen one promotion, and that was in my very first season when I was 7 years old and too young to appreciate what had happened. I've since travelled thousands of miles and spent money I shouldn't have spent following us all across the country. It's been a blast, but it's always ended in disappointment.  
I'd do anything to win at Wembley and finally have something to celebrate.

How many times did people say this when we were in the Championship promotion race? It was said pretty much every season, and yet here we are in League One after missing numerous chances to go up.
Get promoted and worry about everything else afterwards. It’s been 16 years since our last promotion. Nothing is guaranteed.

It’s taken us most of the season to find what, sorry? Didn’t we go unbeaten from October onwards for several months and play our best football of the season during this period?
In any case, surely time to gel, time to find consistency and so on comes with the territory when you’ve assembled an entire squad in a matter of weeks and hired a permanent manager towards the end of September?
All I am saying is Warne and the players deserve credit for recovering our position when everything seemed to be against us.
How would it be too little too late? Our fate is in our own hands and we can still conceivably finish 5th or 6th and go up through the play-offs. If anything, we are rediscovering our form and energy reserves at just the right time - we only have a maximum of 5 games in the next 35 days.

I see them the same way I see Leicester. An insignificant club that I wouldn’t have any issue with, if their fans weren’t trying to force some artificial “Derby”. They don’t mean anything to me other than that annoyance.

These dates favour the team finishing 6th. You get the first leg at home under the floodlights, always the best atmosphere. Then the second leg is away at lunchtime on the Saturday, the worst kickoff time for a home team when the ground is dead.

Who cares if it wasn’t a penalty, it’s one decision in our favour of about another 8 decisions which all need to be given our way if this seasons injustices are to be evened up!!

If we get into the playoffs it’s likely to be with Wednesday,Barnsley and Bolton 
with warne as boss we’ve drawn with Wednesday beat Barnsley in the fa cup lost in the league and beat and drawn with Bolton I’d say that’s says it’s all quite well matched as play off usually are

Yeah I know it did but we had a lead. If we’d played some sort of proper match rather than just attack vs defence we’d have had a better chance.

Exactly. Not perfect by a long shot, but there does now appear to be more of a plan. A bit more control in midfield and at the back. NML and Sibley as the 2 10s are showing promise of a partnership clicking with McGoldrick. And there’s a few more attempts at passing it on the deck with purpose rather than aimlessly lumping it.
