Why are the attendances so low? Has part of their dump been condemned?

We had a packed house every week last time we were in the prem just to watch us get pasted week in week out

That's their lot. Plus 3000 away fans or something similar.

I'd expect the home following to dwindle as their full repertoire of crapness is revealed.... ?

The PL can be pretty much split into two lots of fixtures.

There are 12 games against the top six, and 26 games against the rest.

A team near the bottom can only hope to pick up a maximum of probably 8 points against the top six.

That means to survive you ideally need at least 30 points from the remaining 26 games.

Forest are currently on 4 points from 5 games against non-big six teams. And 3 of those games were at home, 2 against fellow promoted teams.

If they’re averaging less than a point per game against the non big six then they have no chance of beating the drop.

Not to mention that the 3 points against West Ham were the luckiest I have seen gained for a long time

The red dogs do like to foul opponents don’t they - just looking at those highlights of the Fulham goals there was at least one total body check one one of the goals and a hideous late challenge for the other. Despite the goals scored against the Red dogs are going to have a lot of penalties given against them and players sent off this season assuming that no more VAR referees have received Greek villas lately

I would say 8 points from the games against the big 6 is very ambitious. SO far Forest have none from their two games . Their defence doesn't look good enough to withstand any of the top 6 teams.

On Forest attendances to be fair, due to segregation they haven’t had over 30000 for years, 29,500 is probably the most they’ve had, if the away end doesn’t sell out then will get a few 28,500 attendances. It’s the same as PP being 33,567, yet I think our max attendance is 32,600.

Doesn’t excuse their s**** support though, see the we are behind you no matter what banner has been replaced (because Bournemouth proved its not true) with that rebel s***. Only has atmosphere for the big games, ones where they turn up expecting to roll teams over and don’t they boo them off the pitch. Fair weather plastics!

Seem to recall in our 11 point season the fans didn’t boo the team once until Reading scored their 4th goal on the last day and the crowd rightly turned saying “you’re not fit to wear the shirt”. Sky Sports awarded us fans of the year. Proper support.

Derby have always had the better fans. We turn up no matter what the league and whether we're bottom or top. Them lot down the road are as fickle as you can get. They were all coming out the woodwork in the summer but they'll disappear again when they start losing week in week out.
