The actual cruciate snaps themselves were relatively painless. 

I was about to say, the bad ACL injuries don’t tend to elicit howls of pain, right?

I'm not sure I remember a player screaming in pain when suffering one? I even remember a few players being able to play on slightly, although obviously it leads to a long, long time out of action. 

My only hope that is it's not his ACL and something else that might be more painful but with a shorter recovery time.

Yes was thinking the same but can't say I know alot about it.

There's alot of parts of the knee to insure

Could be MCL - they're often more painful.

Could be both.

I’ve ruptured mine, absolute agony! I’d be very surprised if we see Bielik again this season. Hope I’m wrong. We’ve been class this first half hour. Would be a huge loss.
