The number of shots on target have we had in those 3 games tells you why, until Lawrence came on, we have had no threat from open play. We set up to keep tight and nick it, this time it failed because Rooney didn’t nick a point.
EulogyForEvolution
We can't be relying on a Rooney worldie every week, I suppose.

He'd have stood a better chance than Rooney up top with Bird in midfield.

No not all, he has probably been informed a fair bit about ins and outs, but based on what has been on offer so far, his patience must be severly tested. He has sacked managers for less. Silko
We have lost again to a side who played somehow worse than we did .... I’ve had enough of this shot ducking sack the lot of em ....utter garbage I’m just so bloody annoyed at how awful we are
SaintRam
There's a reason the doom merchants have only come out in the last 5-10 minutes as the loss looks more and more likely - we've not looked terrible today at all. We've looked like we've missed the attacking players who are missing, and soon to be back. FT 0-1. A great goal separates the teams. Rooney should've scored. Lawrence's 30 minutes showed a glimpse of light in the future. Enjoy your weekends folks! Remember, its just football. ?

Gone
This is the worst project since the A52 improvements, and it’s taking longer. Absolute ducking rubbish, we are so boring, so one dimensional. It’s awful, it’s so sad and it can’t continue
Dean Saunder’s hat trick
Well, neither teams deserved to win this in my opinion. Neither team on top, can’t remember either having a chance apart from there worldie from outside the box. About as boring as it gets really. kash_a_ram_a_ding_dong
We are like that kid at school who gets a certificate for trying very hard every week but is absolutely hopeless in terms of getting results.
Millenniumram
Better performance, but yet another defeat and no goals. Getting very concerning now. We just don’t look to have any threat. Cocu has got to turn this around and fast. Or League One looms I fear
