Larry David is a genius. It's weird for a comedy series to require you to get really into the characters, but CYE does. But when you do it's hysterical and super clever. It's a documentary following real life Stringers in LA. One season with 8 episodes currently available. https://www.netflix.com/gb/title/80171561?s=i&trkid=13747225&vlang=en&clip=80221205 Pretty shocking and disturbing in places, you have them torn between not wanting to cover deaths, but then needing them to get a sale to the news networks. The sex pistols one is the series that's pretty much cost John Lydon all his cash in court costs. He hates it that much he took his other bandmates to court to stop them using the music on the soundtrack and lost . I was a bit fearful of a dip in quality in the early part of series three but now I find myself re-running bits because they are so good. You won’t be disappointed when you get round to watching!
