The member has been unbanned now. 

@Boycie used the “flag as spammer” tool a while ago, instead of just hiding the post and well, yeah, that automatically bans them.

I've often thought a "flag as spanner" tool would be handy.

@David is there a way of freezing the top section? So you can always see the options without having to scroll to top/bottom to go to another page?

Top quarter in locked mode.  Bottom quarter flashing ads at us.
Middle 50% occasionally containing another ad at least once per page.

There'll be no room left for puns/bantz/pisstaky/shizzletalk at this rate!  ?

Does anyone know how I can stop this appearing on every page I load? I’m not private browsing or anything suspicious ? and I’ve consented and managed options.

Sorry about that, we have a new cookie consent form that we have to use ?.

I messed up some of the options on it and had to resubmit it, forcing all visitors to consent again. 

That should be it now, unless you clear your cookies at any point.

It keeps popping up for me every page change.
