It's not really an issue, but I just wanted to let people know that I have stepped down as a moderator today.

Angie

Big thanks Angie for your time on here; some undertaking no doubt. I look forward to reading your posts in the future. Your optimistic and common sense posting style is our forum’s gain.

Cleared site cookies on MS Edge, still can't get in that one section. Can get in on Chrome.

No need to clear cookies, you need to clear cache.

Open Microsoft Edge, select Menu (3 dots icon on top right corner of the browser) > Settings > Privacy & services.

Under Clear browsing data.

Select "Cached images and files" check box and then select Clear.

Followed those instructions, three times in fact, but still can't get in.

Are you dragging the image in, or using choose files? Can’t replicate this at all

In Edge on right click there's an option to 'web capture', that image can then be pasted in to the comments box.

Ok, really wouldn’t know about that then, all I can suggest is not to use that option, take a screenshot separately then click to choose the image and upload that way.

Ta, that's easy.

Oh well it's really not a problem - well you know, 1st world problem. Ta anyway.

Maybe it's something odd like the mouse settings, I dunno. Nope, just tried another wifi mouse. No worries an' all.

I assume this is on another browser/device than what you’re using to post this?

No, same browser, Firefox, same device.  Tried rebooting, nada.

i can however enter the thread with the latest comments, such as the administration thread, or some other, if that helps in identifying the problem

Is this just not being able to access the main forum like RoyMac earlier?

If so, what's the error you are seeing
