Well I have just lumped on the handicapped league for the championship all bets are 18/1 and Derby county have a 26 point head start and only a 3 teams have slightly more points paying 4 places. In the George Burley second season I did the same and we blitzed the league - worth a try
meanwhile 4/1 for Derby county to beat Huddersfield at home on Saturday - come on it won’t get much better than that!
I have had £10 on Derby to win on Saturday, hope that pays for Peterborough ticket

We usually park by the shops and then get chips on the way
-
We usually park in Chad, toys R us is fenced off so no parking, the fireplace building has been flattened so no parking there either. The new bridge is in place and wider than the old one.Walked over it for Man U and Real Bettis but not too busy for those games.

Worldwide would think there’d be many 55+ year old fans who worshipped one or more players from the Clough era. But most will by now be no more than half fans
So basically your saying I’m an endangered species ?

I've just had a look at the ticket prices on the club's website and not cheap....I'm really torn whether to go or not irrespective of whether we sign any players or not between now and Saturday....went to both the Salford and Notts County games and the way we played was almost a carbon copy of how we were set up last season by Rooney, passing the ball to death for no effect other than to keep possession, no forward penetration or attacking intent just a very suffocating brand of football.
We won yesterday which was good and we had a very young team out but the style of play first half especially was truly soporofic.
Wonder how many "floaters" also feel the same way.
Anyhow still a few days left to see how my mind is before I decide.
Hurry, selling fast

Morris said he'd sell for a quid. Bloody hell, are we not even worth that...?!
I heard it was a lot more than that plus the 60 million of debt

You can have me shed. £50 a week rent and there's an outside socket you can use for your razor.
Hope it’s a big shed I’ve got ten grandkids

David, you definitely said we were going to win the league and I believed you which is why I mortgaged my house and put all my money on it. If this does not now happen I expect you to rehouse me , coyr

Can we set up a clock counting down from 48 hours from when Rooney made his announcement?
He did actually say 48 hours or this week

Thought would be the first to start this thread
Looking forward to the stroll down to Meadow Lane and a couple of pints in The Trent Navigation Inn beforehand to visit the only football club worth mentioning in Nottingham.
Where were you, I got you one in??
-
I am born and bred in Nottinghamshire and as a 14 year old had never been to a football match, our corner shop was taken over by someone from belper and they had a lad the same age as me. We became best friends and they took me to a game at Derby and fifty odd years later I’m still here with my son and grandson as season ticket holders.
-
My son and grandson can’t make it to the Huddersfield game so I have the choice of three seats and I’m not sharing ?

No time for strolling , pub opens at 12,twenty minute walk to the ground, 1 o’clock kick off , you don’t want to be late to boo Rooney on?

Best thing we can do is lose a few games. Win any of the first 5 and the EFL embargo will never be lifted ?
If we win all our games we will be in the premier league and then the efl can do one
