How do you know festy has left I not seen a thing about that.
It’s been on radio Derby, including a snippet of Rooney talking about it.

Just got in from work. Heard about Festy on the car radio. Don’t think I can even be bothered to read Q’s statement ?

This will please Stevie boy ?

Not answering the EFL’s calls after missing another deadline is disgraceful.
Quantuma’s grace period has surely gone now. They’re taking the piss.
If I was in the middle of sensitive negotiations with bidders, I wouldn’t be speaking to the EFL either, because Nixon would be reporting the conversation ten minutes later.

There is either a huge amount of BS on social media (accepting most of it is anyway) or someone among the Admin team is unprofessional enough to be leaking information.
It’s a huge amount of ******** from fourteen year olds with too much time on their hands.

Or as Sky article said - it suggests the the process is now completely confidential and noone is leaking - least of all to sun journalists
I presume Nixon knows nothing because the EFL haven’t been told who it is yet, so they haven’t been able to leak it like they’ve leaked everything else.

And how can an agreement be confidential if we have to tell the EFL what's in it?
They just seem to want to have their own way in everything.
Exactly. Especially as they reckon they hadn’t seen the original claim because it was confidential between the two clubs!

Love the childish idea from Boro that Gibson is a flawless character standing up to Derby for Boro and the good of football generally.
Perhaps we should just refer to him as Saint Steve.

Putting feelings of the previous decisions the EFL has taken, does anybody genuinely think that the EFL would reinstate Reading’s points deduction?
Yes, because it makes us more likely to be relegated.

So let me get this right, 2 clubs were punished for breaching P&S rules, one of which was due to be asked to resubmit previously signed off accounts.
Now Bristol City, Boro and a number of other clubs look set to breach, they increase the COVID losses an extra £2.5m to help those that were heading for points deductions.
Showing exactly why an independent regulator is needed for the game.
Even if an extra £2.5m allowance wouldn't have prevented us from breaching, how is it fair to go moving the goalposts midway through the season?
Duck off with your no vendettas, I hope whoever buys this club takes the EFL to court and absolutely destroys them, QC would have a field day against this lot.
Even if it hadn’t stopped us breaching, wouldn’t it have lessened the points deduction because that’s based on how much you go over the limit? I’m raging ?

Probably not true but this is the kind of thing the efl have let themselves in for by supporting the Boro and Wycombe claims
I really hope we don’t go after another club. I’d hate for another set of fans to be going through what we’re going through at the minute.
I really hope we go after the EFL though. And once we’ve hopefully come out the other side of this with a new owner, as a set of fans we need to keep up the pressure on the EFL and help send them into oblivion.

What about the other parasite?

Leeds fans can go at the bottom of the bin they’re already in, please.

I thought the EFL statement said the administrators could go to the high court if they wanted?
Did they? I can’t remember tbh, my brain is fried ?

This situation is just completely maddening, it’s the first thing I think about, it’s the last thing I think about, and it’s there the whole time in between for good measure. I’m sure I’m only one of many people feeling this way.
I saw this tweet and thought it was interesting and a good idea.
I’ve looked myself on street view, there’s actually 2 billboards (if they’re still there) and they both face EFL House one says ‘ClearChannel’ one says ‘primesight’.
I think tomorrow one thing we could do is look to find out how much it would cost to advertise on them both and crowdfund it? Make it crystal clear we’re not going away quietly and they can’t ignore us as it’s right in front of them.
I’ll definitely chip in for this. Blackpool fans did the same thing previously

Could the court be asked to make a judgement as to whether the parasite claims meet the legal definition of "creditor" in insolvency law? Surely that is the critical question?
Exactly. EFL’s out of date rules can’t possibly trump insolvency law.

Has anyone had problems trying to buy stuff online recently? I’ve tried using two different cards to pay for something this morning but both were declined. There’s no problem with the accounts I’ve tried to pay with ?♀️
I seem to remember a couple of people saying they’d had issues a little while ago, but can’t find the thread.
