Gaspode got a reaction from Ram-Alf in Embargo.
Pretty much every business in the country looks for loopholes to gain an advantage - and when the competition is so skewed by parachute payments, clubs that want to be competitive have to look for any opportunitiees they can - it's up to tthe governing body to close loopholes when they become apparent, not to punish teams retrospectively because the goveerning body were too incompetent to manage the rules correctly....

Gaspode got a reaction from jimtastic56 in Two season transfer ban.
I'm not defending them in any way when it comes to their pettiness and vindictive nature to DCFC, but if they claim to be trying to protect clubs from financial ruin (laughable in our case where they seem to be doing the opposite), then the threat from HMRC is probably the greatest, which is why I can understand them including it - if they ignore HMRC, then clubs could potter along knowing they weren't paying HMRC (which has happened) and then being wound up. The point of sanctions are to drive behaviours away from threats to the club's future - HMRC have a big stick and are happy to use it so from a risk point of view, they need to be considered.....

Someone has posted the Rams Trust letter on Twitter and it’s been retweeted by Henry Winter - hopefully a bit of National media attention will prompt a response….

Gaspode got a reaction from TigerTedd in England WC Qualifiers
I’m sure Henderson adds something to the team - but when they’re trying to play quick passes with lots of movement, the bloke just seems to get in the way….as for Bamford, he may well get a goal against a truly awful Andorra team, but he looks like a bloke that won the raffle to play for England rather than a top striker…

Gaspode got a reaction from 48 hours in Embargo.
It just shows how ridiculous the EFL stance is - their rules don't state what method to use so we use a perfectly acceptable method and yet they want to bend the laws of the land to fit in with their incompetence.....
So come on EFL, change the rules now and make sure any accounts submitted from this point forward use the straight line method - and accept that it's down to your amateurish behaviour that we've been able to gain an advantage....

Attractive woman but she really doesn’t do it for me as Wonder Woman - such a crap character - though I did nearly add a bonus point for Kristen Wiig in a very tight 1980s leotard….?
