Marshall has proved himself to be a solid goalkeeper over many years. He is a Scottish international. 
He went through a poor run of form for sure and rightly received criticism but I have no doubt that he is in the top half of keepers in the championship. 
I think it's an area we need to strengthen but he's worth hanging on to. 
I would ship out Roos.

They want to profit for something that happened when they weren't even in the league... kind of like how they profited from finishing mid table in League 1 and still getting promoted due to a pandemic.

Any deduction is dependant on the outcome of recalculating the amortisation in the accounts.
Any deduction would have to be in the 21/22 season.
Any deduction can be reduced due to mitigating factors.
Any deduction will not be increased due to extenuating circumstances.
 
My estimate suggests we don't fail P&S in 17/18.
KM's estimate of £30m amortisation vs £21m for mine, suggests failing P&S by about £7.2m.
Based on KM's figure (worst case), we would be due a 6 point deduction.
Given the precedent set in the SW case of halving the penalty, it becomes 3 points instead.
Given the EFL's incompetence, that's reduced to 2 points.
Given the accountants on the DC panel thought we were compliant, reduced further to 1 point
Given we did not deliberately exceed the limits, rather we did everything we could to stay within them, 0 points deducted

Based on our current method, 3 points for 19/20 and I think it's 8 for 20/21.
Contract extension method would just be 5 points for 20/21.

Got back about 10 mins ago, I estimated around 200 fans there, I was quite moved actually and it really brought it home how much I’ve missed going to the ground on match days. I really hope the players appreciate the sentiment behind today’s show of support and do what the banner says, leave everything on the pitch. Great to see Bucko  there with his fighting attitude, come on Derby we can do this!

I hope anybody that attends outside the ground pre-game does so with good intentions and only to support and encourage the lads.
This lot of players certainly do not deserve to be applauded and cheered in to the ground, however what choice do we have? Whether you like this squad, or any individual player, it doesn't really matter. This set of players currently represent Derby County Football Club and have one game to ensure they don't take us down. Any negativity or abuse directed before the game will not have any benefit whatsoever. The only thing it does is potentially hand Sheffield Wednesday the psychological upper hand.
We need to stay up no matter what. We don't need to be singing, dancing & hugging if we manage to survive. The players don't need pats on the back if they crawl to a 0-0 draw that sees us safe by the skin of our teeth. It's likely our squad will be vastly different next season regardless of what division we're playing in, and from around 3pm on Saturday the vast majority are players I honestly could not care less about, or who they go on to play for next.
However until then, they mean absolutely everything and may somehow still have the opportunity for some kind of redemption after a season which has been mostly filled with embarrassing, soulless performances.
Give the lads the encouragement to get us over the line. The players shoot themselves in the foot on the pitch often enough, let's not do our bit as fans to help them pull the trigger.

Seen this doing the rounds on social media but not sure if it's been brought to much attention on here - some are socially distanced-gathering at Pride Park on Saturday at 10am to support the lads ahead of the game. Hopefully may give them a psychological boost before any post-season enquiries begin...

I actually think watching him against Liverpool U23s he could be a 10 working in the pocket behind CKR as could Lawrence when fit.

Just finished the book. I have been reluctant to read it last few weeks because i knew the end was near and i just didn't want it to finish!
Reading books has never been my thing. Like mason mount and harry wilson i like my playstation (proof i have read it all ?) so for me to enjoy this book speaks volumes. 
Congrats @HuddersRam really impressive. I certainly feel proud to be a ram after reading it despite all the shanningans and pain we have all had to endure as fans.
I am sure you will keep the forum posted of any future releases which seems a possibility reading this thread.

Hopefully Pride has inspired the reader in you! There's a lot of decent reads out there. I've read a couple of the Clough biographies since Christmas which I'd absolutely recommend if you fancy them. And yeah, watch this space. Expected Pride to be a one-off and then I'd go back to my evenings of bad TV and the Xbox, but it's inspired me a bit!
