He has the most Prem experience and will be 30 this season .Has a very good disciplinary record and a certain starter in every game . Millenniumram Posted July 19 Share Posted July 19 For me, I’d go with the “club captain” and “team captain” approach. I’d make Forsyth the actual captain and leader in the dressing room, in honour of his decade long experience here. You’d then have someone else as vice captain and leader on the pitch when he isn’t playing - I’d probably say Cashin is a very good option for that role. Not quite so much pressure on young shoulders, but he has the experience and quality to be a real leader in that back line. Would be the next stage in his development for me.
