TuffLuff Posted August 4, 2023 Share Posted August 4, 2023 (edited) I did spot on the video from the Q and A night with Warne/Barker there was some close up shots of Madri that looked a bit liked ‘marketing’ shots so no surprise that something has happened. Anything is better than what we’ve had in fairness so I’m pretty happy. Would love a bit of space made for a local brewery to have a Derby County beer available on the concourses but this is atleast a positive step in the right direction. Marston's aren't stil with us in more ways than one and tbf Coors is as 'local' as Marston's is nowadays. I don't mind Madri but don't buy beer in and around the ground anyway so it's all pretty irrelevant to me. I had a pie, half an hour before KO and it was already blackened and dry. They take bottle tops off you, but with a decent aim I could have decapitated the lino with the crust. It looked ok, but was foul to the taste, unsatisfying and definitely overpriced. I finished it in 2 minutes.
