An inability to pick up points against the top half sides under Paul Warne has cost us. Is that down to poor management? A lack of belief by the players? It’s something we must rectify next season. Dave Mackay Ate My Hamster
Haha. I've heard that term more times today reading this forum than all of my 58 years combined. Is it the buzz phrase du jour? Are we all Americanising? Strange, the recent obsession with this phrase. Rammy03
You keep banging this drum but Peterborough only have 26 points against top half teams and they pipped us to the playoffs. Charlton have 29 and where did they finish? It's irrelevant where the points come from. Tamworthram and Premier ram 1

Don’t you think Charlton fans will be asking why they are capable of producing against the better sides but struggle against the bottom sides. I feel we missed out on the playoffs because we couldn’t do it against the better sides when it mattered. Why is the question. Why are we so comparable with the top 3 when it comes to beating the crap teams but there is such a different when facing better sides? And I don’t think It’s irrelevant where the points come if we lose points directly to our rivals. We posted more points than Posh against the crap sides but ultimately they pipped us because they could beat a Barnsley when it mattered whereas we couldn’t.
