If we can't get a little bit excited and over the top after 6 league wins and making up ground on the top 2, when can we? We have tough games coming up, but if we play at our best level, we can beat anyone in this league. There is every reason to be confident about our chances. CBRammette
Personally I have always wanted us and Sheffield weds to take top two spots as work with great Weds fan but a few fair-weather Ipswich fans who were so very cocky at start of season. But @walkleyowlis so changing my view. Comrade 86

They make their money from people who think you can stick a probability on to outcomes. 17 hours ago, David said: Man City were favourites to beat Spurs yesterday, most fans would have thought they would probably win. Spurs won. That’s football. So much money would have been laid on bet builders with City to win, Haaland to score etc. to increase the odds. Thats how bookies make money. Also bookies odds change where money is being laid, they are not fixed in anyway to some percentage chance of winning some nerd with a calculator has come up with. That's exactly the point with the percentages, there is an expected result, and there is what actually happens. A percentage takes into account both being possible, but quantifies them. Bookies always have a starting price, and they adjust things to limit their risk where they can. Ultimately though, they make their money on the large scale because such probabilistic behaviour is there. That's the whole point though. You can't say who will definitely win any game, but you can give trends that on average will be followed. IlsonDerby

kash_a_ram_a_ding_dong
The hilarious thing is it's taken a through and through derby county player in Darren moore to get them there. So basically,it's all about derby talent. Millenniumram and inter politics 1

Only Didzy could claim to have done better. there’s also a good argument your keeper is your most important player Wildsmith has been excellent, McGoldrick too, but there's a strong argument Cashin has been our best player. Backed up by the WhoScored stats which make him far and away the best player in the division. Now we have proper backup for Wildsmith, great as he has been, we're well covered and I think Cashin and McGoldrick staying fit is likely more vital in the run-in. They’re on an amazing run though, fair play to them! Looks like fifth as high as we can finish
