Still only 25 and one we always seemed to be linked with. (Dare I say) Cyrus Christie return if Byrne leaves? He is available for free i believe. Aaron Lennon - played lots in prem last year, but maybe considered too old by promotion chasing champ teams at 35. Doubt anywhere would offer him 2 years, maybe we could take a punt. Martin Kelly - released by Palace after barely playing last few years. Again may not have too many championship suitors. Aluko, Carroll and Edmundson for starters who they gave more in wages than the 4.5 k we could offer . How can a League 1 side afford championship player wages Don't know, ask your chairman.
