Score 8 and assisted 5 in just 21 games for Bristol Rovers last season (L2). Attacking midfielder. Wickham and Niasse would appear to be 'agent talk' to me. Wouldn't be the type to lead the line over a season, especially Wickham who hasn't played in more than 16 league games since the 15/16 season and hasn't scored more than 5 since 13/14. Niasse wouldn't be a bad backup option, but we already have McGoldrick for that. I hope this doesn't mean Collins has rejected us.

Tombo
I've just realised that while we seem to be building a team of players who've played for ROI, Cyrus Christie is currently a free agent ?
Oldben
A striker i think might be worth considering is Colby Bishop of accrington stanley, he scored 15 goals last season.

Been out on loan at few clubs now but not really pulled up trees. I know we're in League one now but I don't think we should be going back to these players. Highly doubt he'd come here anyway. Kernow
Portsmouth linked with Joe Rafferty on a free, just left Preston. I don’t think he’d be necessarily good enough as a regular starter, but we need squad players too. He can play LB and RB, has experience across the 3 leagues below the PL, is under 30 and would be on relatively low wages I’d imagine. When we still need to add quite a few new faces, versatility could be very important. We currently have one contracted senior full-back. A decent player who can play both roles would be a pretty good addition. Ghost of Clough
Neil Taylor: Backup LB option if Fozzy doesn't stay. Played with Chester for Villa and Wales, Hourihane at Villa. Moses Odubajo: Good options at RB if we sell Byrne. Can also cover LB Thierno Ballo: 20 year old AM/RW. Available after release from Chelsea. James Trafford: Loan option from Man City if we miss out on Rushworth. Premier ram and DCFC1388

Trafford's already signed on loan at Bolton for the forthcoming season... a promising young GK though! Odubajo would be my choice for full-back. Very quick and can cover/has covered both sides of defence in the past. GangwayD and Ghost of Clough 1

Having a first choice left and right back and then someone who can play either role supplemented by young prospects from the academy.

Would agree on Odubajo as the Right Back choice if Byrne left (which I hope he doesn't). QPR had a decent season and he played most of it for them, so surprised he's being released.
