Guessing you lot are watching this Morocco v Croatia game as well, don't worry, it's almost over and we won't have to watch this game again

Croatia played like OAP's. No urgency whatsoever. Morocco were classic spoilers and did look well organised to be fair. Hope they go out.

Feel it's a bit of an indictment of the English that Jamal Musiala, who came through the Chelsea academy and the England youth ranks up to U21 level, and says England is his home, is starting for Germany today. Apparently Southgate took it for granted he'd continue to play for us when Joachim Low went all out to land him for the German national team.

Maybe it's an indictment of the German game that they are scrabbling around like Jack Charlton for players with a vague German connection

To be fair, he was born in Germany, German/Nigerian parents, moved to England age 7, spent 9 years here and moved back to Germany.

Only right he plays for Germany. Not a fan of trying to lure young players from other countries based on weird FIFA rules.

Get what you're saying, but in professional sport you tend to do everything you possibly can to create and advantage and to win. But, that said, picking England ahead of Germany (or Canada) didn't work out very well for Owen Hargreaves.

People do, but I wish they wouldn't. Players should be advised to play for whichever nation they feel most represents them. I found the tug of war over Declan Rice incredibly sordid.

Just feels slightly wrong in international tournaments.

Don't feel like any manager should chase a player, the player should want to represent England and if they can't, not just go play for Scotland for example as they have a granny up there or something.

Just come here to say I clearly do not understand offside. I thought the German goal was fine.

Need to go and read the rules ???‍♂️

He was ahead of the ball and all the Japan outfield players.
