Can we have a vote of no confidence in quantuma at 10 Downing Street at 12.

Thing is, they've done their job.

Everyone around Kirchner is reputable, they've no reason to think that Garry Cook & Paul Stetford are the type to be taken in by someone with no ability to complete the deal.  There isn't any reason for them doubt he has the money - he's shown that he has it, to multiple parties. His offer, if he goes through with what he says he's going to do, is the one which fulfills their requirement to get the best deal for creditors. Nobody else has matched the bid.

Nothing gets as far as this has done without multiple checks having already in place, tonnes of legal documents, discussions with professional people.

...but how can anyone ever guarantee that someone sticks to their word?

CK didn't want to come live on air. Concerning.

Just to clarify: Jim White was speaking to CK earlier this morning on the phone, and CK said to him he wouldn't go on air.

There is no interview with CK, just the TalkSport lot waffling.
