Pardon my ignorance but who the duck is Elias Burke.

Burke's rhyming slang, apparently.

Just a reporter from the Athletic

He knows nothing more than anyone else.

Quantuma are assessing the bids .

They have to get it right

Why are people getting so worried.

Well, because Rooney, in his press conference, said it's not clear whether we have a kit, a ground or players for next season.

There's a big war in Europe.

Climate change will impact every living thing on the planet.

I’m talking Derby County and we will be fine IMO

The bins are out.

One of the long-term interested parties to buy Derby County say the Championship club's administrators have ended discussions with them after deciding their latest £30m offer was too low.

Which would suggest there are higher bids - no matter what the Binnies thought.

They wouldn't turn down an offer if there wasn't a better one on the table

I was concerned about their liquidity going forward anyway, always seemed like their wealth (at least documented wealth) was really low for what I imagine a club of this size needs and the worry is that you're only ever a couple of bad decisions away from being right back here.

Ouch.

So they were working on the assumptions we'd be relegated, start on -15, and Mel would give them PP for peanuts (or £10m for the club to pay creditors, MSD and Quantuma).

I can understand binning them off if there's better offers. The worry is are those offers on the table, or, "we might, but subject to...blah blah, indicate we've got it and we'll formalise our offer"

But apart from that we’re ok yeah
