Giving it to a rookie in Rooney to manage (who lets face it was never the sharpest knife in the drawer), surely can’t be in the log term interests of DCFC. Many of you will turn your noses up, but you clearly need an experienced Tony Pulis type characters behind the reigns, make you tough to beat and go from there. McClaren needs to be a temporary emergency appointment, Rosenior needs to be relieved of his duties immediately and Rooney needs to be put with the under 23's. All you could hear all game was their players and staff shouting and pushing them to go on. That’s what we need. We completely lost it in the last 30 mins. Discipline, basics wrong ball. Shang Posted November 25, 2020 Share Posted November 25, 2020 The only players you can hear on the pitch were the Middlesbrough players. No one in our squad is holding each other accountable. You can tell Cocu wanted to fix this by bring in CKR and other vocal players but he didn't have the backing. We need some menace and vocals into this squad to hold players accountable.
