Ramslad1992 Posted January 14, 2018 Share Posted January 14, 2018 Me and the Mrs went to see darkest hour with some cinema vouchers we got for Christmas today. if you like war films then you'll like this one, no blood and guts but really good to see a different perspective on it. Take some tissues, I don’t care how hard you think you are (although no child should see her Dad cry, so you should probably just go alone). And, my wife being South American (from Peru), lots of it was very close to home, like going to see her family (she cried more at Paddington though). I agree it's not as good as the original, but I think garbage is harsh. Powerful, well acted and scary tech...what's not to like. 10/10....yes they are all that good. Mr Brooker is a genius or mad or both. Got to catch up with Season 1 and 2 now.
