Sounding poor up to now and slightly suicidal.

Bird and Lowe seem to be the best of the bunch.

We're doing alright going forward. We're doing poorly at the back.

Wouldn't call the overall performance poor.

1-0 QPR as Clarke shins a cross straight to Hall who volleys off the bar and in.

Doesn't sound good on rd,but I'll go by your observations as you are watching saint...it just sounds like we are going to concede very soon and we are lacking control.

Absolutely pathetic. Look fine in their half but we can’t get it there because of Hamer, Wisdom, Davies and Shinnie. This is exactly what’s been threatened with this line up of players who can’t control a ball and certainly can’t pass it, let alone when pressured. Awful.

We’re shocking tonight, started too deep too much of a Cocu “we tried to stay in the game at 0-0” sort of thing. Attack with pace and energy and work hard. We’re not doing the basics. Wisdom to CB and Davies off, Bogle on at RB, Shinnie off for Martin who plays with Marriott up top and sees Rooney play deeper

Watching on Rams TV, we looked like we were growing into it until the goal. Davies can't bring the ball out from the back and its it's obvious. QPR targeting him for this, they know they can push us backward and put a man on Clarke and force the ball to Davies's feet.

That said, Clarke's error for the goal and it's a howler.

Marriott not giving us much up top either. He's making runs as if he's got early 2010s Barcelona midfield behind him and getting frustrated when that ball doesn't come. He needs to do far far more off the ball. He can't be just a finisher. A game for Martin if Marriott carries on like this.

But our midfield are on their own out there. Shinnie, Bird and Rooney really busting their guts to get us going.

The midfield engine is firing but the front and rear wheels are not turning.
