It would not prove anything unless if course some crime was committed while there. The only thing it may prove is if indeed there is a claim Keogh was unconscious when put into the car. The only relevant information relating to how drunk they were will be from the tests carried out on them. CCTV may be useful if it exists showing them driving in a reckless manner.
