That was some horrendous finishing, but once again the passing out from the back was fantastic. Keogh and Bogle in the corner with 4 men around them, managed to do a few quick passes and then find Huddlestone in space. A few seconds later we're in Burton's box with 3 men queuing up to score

Carl Gregory from the West Stand has been sent to main reception to collect his son.

Meanwhile Derby play the ball around with ease.

I think Huddlestone could do this role all season to be honest.

He's barely moved from a 10 yard square area. The energy in our attacking players tracking back has really limited the amount he's had to run.

Maybe, but he's likely to suffer injuries, particularly with how close opposing midfielders get to him and often leave a foot in trying to get the ball ahead of him. I think Evans could do a decent job there if Huddlestone is ever missing, but last season he just seemed to lack the confidence when in the holding roll to always make himself available for a pass

Evans has had a brilliant game as well.

Jozefzoon and Evans our best players this half. Waghorn obviously with the important numbers though. Dowell's been excellent too.

HT 1-3

Twan Scheepers, who we know works with the strikers specifically, jogs out to meet Waghorn on the pitch for some Guardialo esq. pointing and talking.

For saying Burton are ahead of us in preseason, we're running them ragged out there. We seem to be waiting for them to press us, and then quickly playing the ball around them, leaving them exposed and then we're cutting through them in the middle of the pitch. Has been extremely effect so far.

Telling Wags how he could have had five which is true.
