Small positive is Lampard has changed it up and got a better performance out the players this half, so far.

There’s a lot to criticise, but at least there’s a glimmer of hope we can continue to improve. As a team we’re by no means a lost cause.

He slows us down? He's not mobile but I'd say the exact opposite of what you're suggesting. We have Huddlestone who collects the ball and immediately his head is up looking for someone in space and then we have Johnson, Evans and before that Ledley who collect the ball and play a simple pass sideways for someone else to try and create something. How can you come to that conclusion that he slows us down after watching those others play in the same position this season?

None of the four players mentioned there are up to scratch. Best of a bad bunch doesn't mean good enough.

Huddlestone is complete poo and nobody can change my mind.

The odd wonder pass, if he's got about 6 months of time and a mile of space to make his mind up.

Can't move the ball around the midfield at pace, outright refuses to dribble into space if there's no pass on. Cant tackle, cant win a header. Positioned too far out for his shooting to have any impact.

I know it's not a popular view, but he slows us down so so much. And doesn't give us anything in return.

Always thought you seemed pretty knowledgeable.  Can't agree at all.

Not very mobile to say the least...but is a good shield defensively, keeps the ball in tight spaces and doesnt lose it, two or three game changing passes a game, cool head when under pressure..... watching the rest of the headless chickens today he isnt perfect but very least of our problems.

Bryson his hiding when we have possession. Criminal.

Just watch him nove directly behind Brighton players when Keogh  Tomori or Huddlestone look forward.

He just drifts in behind Brighton players.

Show yourself. Waste of space again.

Id say the exact opposite. He's been the one to take the ball off the centre backs and look to move forward. You need to look further up the park for the players lacking movement.
