He did play CB against Mansfield though so they're obviously looking at that as a possibility, although I'm not sure if Bogle is quite ready to step up as first choice RB just yet. DCFC27 Posted July 23, 2018 Share Posted July 23, 2018 Agree with butterfield, didn’t really impress me on Saturday in his short cameo and in the under 23 right now. However I feel Johnson has a role to play at the club, he might not be starting every week but he can be utilised in lots of positions across the midfield and is versatile in the way he plays . It would make sense, though. He could play in that role & we could do with cover. Marriott will know whether he's worth bringing in or not. You seem to know an awful lot about Maddison’s play style AND personality so I’ll take you as a Posh season ticket holder/family friend. My thjnking was more along the lines of: Waghorn offers a lot from set pieces, assists and, at times, the wide right. Maddison does all of those three. Could he be a potential alternative?
