HorsforthRam
Leeds fans getting excited by being linked with Marcelo Bielsa. Former Argentina, Chile, Athletico Madrid coach. Would be a major coup?
RiddingsRam
It would be a major coup and would add further strength to the championship also some of the football his team's have played over the years had been fantastic certainly be some 5-4 scorelines involved. therealhantsram
The Championship is becoming a serious league... In the sense that it is more competitive and more of a draw than the top flight leagues in places like France, Portugal, Netherlands.
StockholmRam
I prefer they get Mick McCarthy though.... made for each other those two.
JuanFloEvraTheCocu'sNesta
Surely Bielsa would take one look at Leeds and think "duck that". He could hang around and wait for a better job surely?
Shipley Ram
Just got a text from my Leeds mate, he says Heckingbottom to be sacked today "come on down Marcelo Bielsa".

Animal is a Ram
Can always rely on Leeds to be ever so slightly more batsh*t crazy than Derby. Bet he wishes he'd have stuck to Barnsley...
Boycie
I feel silly as I’ve never heard of him?

I see your point but my Leeds mate reckons he was on 2k per week at Barnsley and 30K per week at Leeds, so with the payoff he'll get perhaps not. Anon
I love Bielsa, so I hope this is balls. It has to be said though, that the man is as mad as a box of frogs, so maybe he'd fit right in? Hopefully they get Lille Bielsa and not Bilbao Bielsa.
ThePrisoner
I’ve heard from my Leeds mate it’s Ranieri. Unless they’ve gone off that since yesterday.
ViewsFromTheMiddle
Bielsa 2/5 on skybet.
ramsbottom
I think it's safe to say @Bris Vegas will spontaneously combust if Bielsa rocks up at Elland Road...
Ambitious
Leeds are a huge club, and Bielsa is a good manager with a huge name, but he's also a bit of a mentalist, isn't he? The bloke's last two jobs: one ended in a law suit without even taking charge of a single game & the other ended up in a disaster. That being said, it would definitely be a gamble worth taking for Leeds. Pep once called him the greatest manager in the world (*I believe)

Pochettino attributes his management almost completely to what he learned from Bielsa. Guardiola too also learned under Bielsa. ViewsFromTheMiddle
Leeds United have taken advantage of the ongoing uncertainty surrounding Aston Villa’s financial predicament by moving to see whether manager Steve Bruce is interested in a switch to Elland Road. Bruce is still completely in the dark about what is going to happen at Villa, with the club in serious financial trouble and teetering on the brink administration. https://www.telegraph.co.uk/football/2018/06/08/leeds-united-approach-aston-villas-steve-bruce-interest-managerial/
