CornwallRam
Will you be giving up your role as a pundit so you can devote all your time and energy to being Derby County manager? (assuming that it's Lampard) Will you be relocating close to Derby or commuting? What do you see as success for your tenure at Derby County? Given that finances appear tight, is your goal for next season promotion or something less ambitious? Was 'that' season the fault of Billy or Jewell? Who was Derby's best ever central defender? Can you change the shorts back to blue please?
Wolfie20
Some fans have expressed concerns about your complete lack of management experience. How do you propose to allay those concerns before the boo boys start getting on your back?
sonofmidnight
Are you fully committed to the agreed objectives and will you do your best to achieve the said objectives. Before this question is asked all parties need to be in agreement about the direction of the club. I really do feel we need someone who is sincere and actually does what he has said he will do. r4derby
With the transfer deadline now moved to the first weekend in August, how crucial will any friendly games be to your plans for this squad? And, as an extension question, have you already got potential signings in mind/lined up, considering this shortened time frame and events such as the World Cup? RadioactiveWaste
Would possibly depend on which manager is appointed, and at a press conference, the reality is, you'll get a press suitable answer in the building. Presuming it's Lampard: Do you think this is a job that could make or break your managerial career - reasonably high profile in the Championship, top 6 expectations and a fanbase who demand style and success, but also coming in at a time of more restraint financially with a bloated ageing squad, make a good job of it and you'll have a very good standing here, or with another club, but it could be very hard to succeed. On that basis, my question is, why the ****ing **** could you and Gerrard never just play together in England's midfield?!

ilkleyram
How much do you know about the current dcfc squad? And our academy players? what role will you have in the recruitment of new players? What is your ideal size of first team squad? What areas of the team would you try to strengthen first? Accepting that you would like a flexible tactical approach, what would be the basic formation that you will adopt? What does it feel like to be the first female manager in the professional leagues? Jourdan
It appears that questions about ice cream are too inflammatory and would get me thrown out of the press conference and blacklisted. I thought it was a sensible question - you learn about the man outside of a footballing context, you learn about how decisive he is, you can get an insight into how he would create the right balance in the squad and whether he understands what works well together and what doesn't, and you can pinpoint the manager's willingness to experiment or stick to the tried and trusted. Anyway, I'll take a different tack... As a fan, which league do you enjoy watching the most and which team are you likely to model your style of play on?
