Out of curiosity I wonder what league they will be playing in next season as I assume they will be unable to participate in the skybet championship for the same reasons.

Haven't seen it but have read that the other keeper also did similar with no warning. 
No idea if true but if it is then can understand frustrations.

On the strength of recent  posts , I've just been on the main NHS online covid booking thingy, cancelled my 2nd appointment (10th June) and am now re-booked in for tomorrow teatime.
Similarly, I've done the same for Muckerette, (with her permission, of course!) who was booked for Sat 29/5, but is now in 5 mins after me, tomorrow teatime.  Both at Derby Arena.
The only difference is that Muckerette was originally booked through Swiftqueue, not the NHS site, so as it stands, there's no mention of an actual cancellation (of that 29/5 booking).  She'll sort that after she's had her jab tomorrow. 
(Doing this via the NHS website, after entering Muckerette's details, it appeared they didn't know her covid jab history, but as we completed the process, the appointment does indeed confirm it is for her 2nd jab)

Derby and Derbyshire have some very famous people but i guess unless you come from here you wouldnt really know, in fairness the only person i can think of who is famous from Leicester is Gary Lineker, im sure there are more i just dont know, like you dont know who comes from around here.
Agree Derby is nothing to write home about but neither is Leicester. Nottingham City beats both hands down. When it comes to the counties though Derbyshire is far superior in my opinion than both Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire. Derbyshire is stunning in parts where Notts and Leics are quite boring in comparision.

Its a tough one and i sort of agree. Its frustrating to read that most of those hospitilised in Bolton are eligible for the vaccine but chose not to have it.
Of course we should never have a situation where we refuse treatment, but hopefully provided those people survive, and lets hope they do, they are given a stern talking to my the doctors and nurses at the hospital.
You are right on the immuno compromised too. I have had both mine but there is a good chance its not protected me aswell as others due to a health condition, so i need as many people to have the vaccine as possible which even if i have low protection will mean im better protected by default.
I am glad things are opening up though, ive even had to self isolate because have been at a pub the same time as someone who had the virus.
 

I don't think they will - after 21st June.
There's currently a load of coverage about the Indian variant but clearly we need to wait & just see what, if any, effect it has on hospitalisations, deaths and crucially, the vaccine effectiveness.
IMO it's perfectly reasonable to try to manage expectations now & wait until they have more data. That's the whole point of having 5 weeks between phases of re-opening - the latest of which was only yesterday.
I expect they'll still say we can open up in June & maybe just have a few restrictions like masks on public transport
