Some of the comments about Quantuma are getting dangerously close to litigation territory.
Unless you have evidence to back up your claims, stop making them.
Look forward to Q trying to sue 30,000 people. At the pace they work it’ll be our great great grandkids that get the sentence.

Are you two seriously comparing Derby County and Chelseas attractiveness to investors? Chelsea have half a billion in revenue every year, a globally recognised brand, they win trophirs and have many valuable assets ( including several players worth more than our entire club).
On the other hand we dont own the stadium, we dont own the training ground,we'll have about 6 players worth close to nothing at the end of the season, a very regional brand and we're lucky if our yearly revenue breaches £30 mill (and it wont get close if we're relegated).
Why is it a surprise that chelseas sale process is faster?
I’m not surprised. The point I’m making is that there’s plenty of people knocking around with wads of cash and it wouldn’t be any skin off their noses to take us over. Other than it would take a few seasons to possibly get to the prem.
Surely the satisfaction one would get by taking us back to the big time and being lorded a saviour is worth something?
The fact that this is the case and nobody is willing to invest their time in to us is depressing. Our greatest hope is Mike Ashley who’s worth is eye watering and he’s farting around trying to save himself a few quid. Madness.

We’ve been sold for a hotdog. If what Nixon says is correct then either it’s league 1 on -15 or league 2 as a phoenix. So sad either way and by securing funding til the end of the season we don’t upset the integrity of the league.
Admins have had a stinker. But what the Chelsea situation has highlighted is that theres not a shortage of sports minded billionaires. Just lazy money men that can’t be bothered to actually graft for an end product and want the glamour of a London club.- Inverurie Ram, Carnero and Derby4Me

The most concerning thing is that in the last 3 weeks or so neither Percy or Nixon have had their opinion on the matter. Might be because the admins have uncovered the mole but more likely it’s because there’s nothing to report. Just deathly silence.
-
Rather start league 2 with a clean slate and pump the pony in leagues 2 and 1 than go in to league 1 with -15 and a business plan.
Was quite happy to see Ashley get the gig but if the delay in his announcement is down to him saving a few quid then he can get stuffed. We want an owner that cares for the club and it’s community, not a tight arses play thing. -

8 matches to go, probably without CKR
3 away 0 points
Fulhams at home 0 points
leaves 4 matches 12 points if we win them all
Currently 6 points from safety ( 7 as Reading have to play Barnsley)
Spot on I think we’ve just ran out of steam.
Losing Lawrence for Millwall, Luton and Cardiff is probably the deciding factor. Not getting anything from them 3 is criminal.- strawhillram and Ramarena

Game management killed us. Their first was criminal but then at that point with their tails up we needed someone to go down holding their head. Suck 10 mins out the game, kill the atmosphere and go from there. Not saying that would’ve made a difference but them first 15 minutes in the second half was painful viewing.

Derbys result today isn’t a shock. In fact with a gun to my head if I had to give a result I’d have backed Bournemouth.
Reading getting pumped is good, the annoyance for us is that we’re so toothless away from home. Plus Barnsley and Peterborough have the audacity to stay up.
Blackburn will no doubt be another tight match where we lose 1 or 2 nil. We’re in need of some luck. -
I think the only way we’d have a PB by now is if we’d rolled over and taken relegation as a certainty.
Only speculating by as others have said why would someone pay X amount if we end up in League 1? And if we stay up then certain parties may want more money for their piece of the pie.
Not defending Q at all but at this stage unless they’re announcing a PB or breaking NDA to let us know exactly where we are at nothing they say will satisfy us. -
People saying good news. Absolutely not. We’ve gone from Ashley being named PB on Friday to a number of obstacles still to be overcome and most probably a loan to cover til end of the season. How can Q, Mel, and the bidders not be fed up enough to just agree to it all? Fuming.

Ashley was supposed to be named PB on Friday but it collapsed. He’s still interested however. Wonder what the issue is?

Worst case scenario is we finish the season then go bust. If it’s going to happen I’d rather it happen now so we can ruin the integrity of the league as a big send off.

Surely Q are going to have some sort of statement tonight.
You would’ve thought so but they’re leaving it mightily late. Nearly milk and cookies time.
-
I imagine we’ll get a statement of some sort tonight as we’ve always returned any mud from the EFL in a swift fashion. Chances on the statement being anything positive are low though.
-
Rob Dorsett says we’ve been given another months extension. This contradicts the EFL statement. What a circus.
-
EFL have just tweeted an update that they haven’t heard diddly squat from Quantuma or the club since the month extension.
Doesn’t sound good at all.

Out of curiosity, what formation is that?

I know it’s a little unconventional. I guess I could take Forsyth out for Bird and have Festy on the left? I just think that he needs to start and we need more help upfront.

Byrne

PlangeNeed Festy in the team come what may and Kazim/Plange both look lost on their own. I’d have Byrne took in and Festy on the overlap during attacks. Then Festy in the 3 midfielders during defence. Thank god Lawrence is back against Barnsley.

I know we should’ve grateful etc etc. But it doesn’t start any ownership off on the right foot if whoever buys us is happy with the -15.
Assuming we’re in league 1 next season who’s going to want to sign knowing next season is a dead one with a hint of relegation to League 2 involved. No chance of keeping any of our young stars either with no shot at promotion on the cards.Very frustrating if Nixon is correct.

I Imagine if they did execute this plan the highest bid would mean -15 in league 1 and admins probably don’t want this on our record. They’re probably hoping we stay up so either the bids go up, other parties come in or -15 in championship it is.
By trying to stay up we’ve probably done ourselves more harm.
