Birmingham fans were classless all afternoon and then couldn’t take it when we equalised. Another club to add to the list in my opinion. 

Which is exactly why we need to file a mirror claim against QPR before that ruling as insurance. 

Need to raise this with Mr Maguire as he only wants what is best for football!

Are we doing a march for the Millwall game now that it could possibly be the last home game? Maybe we could invite Millwall fans and they could punch our faces in on the way round for old times sake. 

Add it to the list of questions: Why didn’t you pick up Martyn Waghorn on a free this summer if you were so fussed about him? 
 
FWIW, I think that is a great list of questions and a good starting point but I am sure others could be added to. 

Why would you want to watch Derby u23 when the two giants of English football, Watford and Norwich, go head to head. I have to say, in light of the ludicrous way football is governed, this has to be one of the most ridiculous rules. Whoever dreamt that up needs to have a word with themself. 

Just thinking out loud here but with all interested parties seemingly now throwing statements and questions around like confetti, should one of our official supporter groups try to engage with Gibson and put some questions to him?
Im thinking of something along the lines of:-
1 - Please confirm how much your claim against DCFC is for, how it is calculated and on what basis it is made
2 - Please confirm why your claim is against DCFC and not the EFL. You will be aware that an IDC found that Derby had not 'systematically cheated' as you claim and had fully acted within the rules.
3 - How many clubs are you aware in recent years that have breached P&S rules and been promoted? Why have you not made claims against any of these clubs?
4 - Is it true that in the year ended 30 June 2016, your club surrendered its tax losses to another of your companies and used the tax saving as profit for P&S purposes? If so, do you believe that this was in the spirit of P&S rules?
 5- If your claim is successful, how do you see it affecting the future of the football league, when league positions are decided in a courtroom rather than on the football field.
6 - In light of your recent statement, it appears that you seem very aware of the intracacies of what is happening behind the scenes at DCFC. Given that, by your own admission, you have not been in contact with the administrators can you please confirm how you are obtaining your information.

There needs to be lots of fans there and everyone at the front of the stadium before the match protesting. 

As much as boycotting it could send a message....don't
Sell the away end out, travel up even if you don't have a ticket, make your presence known before, during and after the game.
If, by some miracle, we have a club by that fixture, celebrate it and make sure Middlesbrough, the place and club, never forget the day Derby rocked up to town.

While all this is going on I would like to thank this site for being the best place to stay on top of all the happenings in this admin / EFL / claims case. Like most fans I have been searching online for the latest facts and over the last few days this site has become the most reliable. Fans have been providing links to any news regularly and I particularly like the pinned thread by @David giving the latest updates.
Well done everyone and thank you. In our time of stress, and at times panic, this site has been hugely valuable.

We talk about MM behaviour but here (long before MM) Gibson's nature was revealed.
 
 

The EFL are just sending out the same replies now as the above response was the same as mine I think. To be honest it wasn’t worth reading as they just cut and paste from their late night statement. I think we need to keep ringing, keep sending emails and keeping making our voices heard. 
 
What happened to the day out in Preston? I would advise anyone planning on going organises on pm so no one knows when it is happening as they would all stay at home. Shame if you didn’t get to welcome Birch and Parry. Those who seemed keen should put it out there and ask others to pm and mobilise it. Would be happy to join you but can’t because of my job but think it is very worthwhile if there are enough interested.

Could people who do the Twitter thing ask the like of Leicester Linekar, Dan dancer, sulky shearer etc why they aren’t saying anything? Part of the problem or part of the solution. Don’t know if it would make any difference but the BBC has been shocking in its lack of coverage. My views on Sky are fully expressed whenever we are on there. Maybe worth a try? This is truly awful. I’m sorry but this can be dealt with very clearly and quickly in an interview.
How do these clubs know, by the way, we were ‘systematically cheating’ before accounts were submitted and a  proper case was put against us. It’s almost as if someone at the EFL  was leaking confidential information isn’t it. I just wonder…?
