Plenty of teams in L1 play some decent stuff, more do than don’t now. The idea that L1 footie is not pretty is no longer true, it’s not the 2000´s anymore. Why should we not aspire to at least play some football?

I for one am truly shocked that a glorified friendly, against a reserve team, didn't turn out to be an adequate predictor of future performances 🤷‍♂️

We’ve recently had the latest poll about whether people want Warne to stay or leave. I don’t want to get into the nitty gritty of why you voted the way you did as that’s been done to death on those other threads. 
 
What I am interested in is what would it take for you to change your mind? Be it someone who still wants him here or someone who wants him gone. 
 
For me (I think it’s fairly obvious I’ve been really unimpressed so far) I like Warne. I want him to do well. I don’t like the personal jibes at him. For me to warm to him and want him to stay the course it’d take: 
More play going through our good midfield players. 

A flexibility to move away from 5 at the back until he’s sure he has the players with attributes needed to play it well. 
Looking to control the game in key parts of the match rather than the hectic ‘you attack we attack’ ping pong it sometimes feels like. 
 
And this is the big big one for me, because we will end up in the play offs in my opinion with or without him as it’s a weaker division than last season. The one for me is that I want to see us really take it to and compete with the so called strong teams in the division. 

I know it doesn’t seem like it but I go into every single match with optimism that this is the match that’s going to get us going and going to kick start our season. 
Anyway keep the criticisms to a 0 please and focus on the Q. What would it take for you to change your mind from the answer you gave on the poll?

I'm not convinced there is a 'league 1 level' type of football. The major difference is the consistency of the style of play, and excellence at it. Indeed I think that the football we've seen played over more than a season is of a decent standard not to be stereo-typed in any particular way. 

Thats a no on Warnock for me.

Hey this is to the players go and take to Carlisle go and play free throwing football that showed on tuesday night against licorn city in EFL trophy conpertion. 
Some of that football was fantastic to watch get the ball on the deck and just go for it. 
You have sold out away area backing right behind you.

Passing guru? You are bizarrely trying to mock a former manager who is currently sitting sixth in the Championship, unbeaten since the opening day and who just took four points off former PL sides in the past two weeks.
Hull scored more goals against Sheffield Wednesday (a team we scored zero against under Warne last season) in one home game than we have in all our home league games combined this season.
I don’t really care about the no shots on target stat anyway. You can create golden chances and not shoot on target, or you can have ten shots on target all from range which barely causes the goalkeeper to flinch.
We simply barely create any chances under Warne and coincidentally the football is crap.
I much preferred the football we played under Rosenior, and we created far more golden chances (which we missed most of them).
