.... and therein lies the problem. I imagine prospective buyers may indeed look at the books, then run for the hills when they see the dire state of finances. Not many sensible businessmen would consider having to cough up circa £25 million to HMRC for nothing in return, plus the money owed (£15million) to the USA loan sharks secured against PP, which the new owner would have to buy back from Mr Morris (£80 million ??), the money owed to Arsenal for Bielik, and the £4million or so to Lech Poznań for Jozwiak 
Unfortunately DCFC is not a 'bargain buy out of administration' opportunity. Sadly, more of a financial basket case, despite the administrators trying to put a positive spin on the situation.

I think too much is driven by the nonsense clickbait sites and the Twattersphere..
Most football fans certainly don't hate our club or know anything about what is going on apart from the top level headline that we are in Administration..

That’s eggsactly what I would expect from her. She Majorly screwed her career but I wish her peas now. 

If we get a points deduction of -12 then we'll have to try and find 59 points. A feat that this squad and manager simply aren't going to be capable of unless something drastically changes. I'm not even optimistic we'd survive a -6 point deduction at this point. But, as I said in a previous post I think the likelihood of us going down is probably 50/50 as it is anyway. The lack of squad depth enforced via the embargo meant it was essential we got off to a good start, get points on the board and then as we falter as the grind begins it'll be a softer landing. But we haven't done that really and have only managed 1 win from 7 games and 4 of them have been against teams in the bottom 6. 

Phillip Cocu is the only manager during Mel Morris's reign that actually followed the club vision. You know, playing the youth, improving the youth and looking to add value to the team.
The likes of Lampard, Rowett and even McClaren had no interest in doing so. They wanted promotion first and foremost at Derby to enhance their own reputation, and they were willing to leave a trainwreck behind to then move on to better pastures.
What Rowett did in particular was unforgivable. He sold Hughes and signed Davies, Huddlestone, Ledley, Jerome etc. He was responsible for a 20% hike on our wage bill to £40 million+. He did all that to have one shot at promotion, and the playoff finish enhanced his reputation, then he ditched us the moment a better opportunity came along.
Phillip Cocu, on the other hand, was here for the long haul. He was willing to sacrifice his own reputation (Forest away in the cup) to play the youth players as that benefited the club. He publically backed Tom Lawrence after the crash, and played him to an extent that he retained his value despite many wanting TL sacked. To the benefit of the club. He wanted to provide a pathway for the younger players to either break in to the first team, or be sold for a profit, to the benefit of the club.
He was undermined following Wayne Rooney's arrival. He was dealt with a ridiculous set of circumstances including the Keogh fiasco, Krystian Bielik's injury and Chris Martin leaving. We failed to sign a striker replacement, and saw our better players leave. And after all that, he reduced his compensation fee after his sacking, to the benefit of the club... 
Most in his position would have told Mel to do one.

Bit harsh here pal. I think the OP is just expressing his sentiment and sadness at our current state. I don’t think he has demanded action - but merely expressed his dismay and the need for something to change.
From the outside looking in - most of us surely share this sentiment. Equally, as we are on the outside most of us don’t have sufficient information available to us to begin to know what that right course of action is.
Maybe Mel Is playing the long game and maybe he’ll be proven right and we’ll be ok in the end but right now it’s hurting to see our great club in this horrible horrible place.

Exactly. There are lot's of charitable people and many of them do work anonymously. However this forum is about DCFC the concern is related to how Mr Morris is running the club and, the desperate situation that has developed during his tenure.

Thank god that distraction is over and we can go back to talking about accountancy regs and whether Mel Morris is the messiah or just a very naughty boy.
