MK-Ram got a reaction from Kathcairns in Alan Nixon Breaks Silence on American Billionaire Bid
I'm happy with whoever prevents us from getting liquidated and has enough about them to stabilise us.
Would be great to get back into the Championship first time of asking because as we know from Sunderland, Ipswich etc you can be down there a long time, however I'd trade being stuck in league one for survival

MK-Ram got a reaction from Ted McMinn Football Genius in Wayne Rooney
Echo this...the issues within the squad seemed to begin under Lampard, and it is where the rot seemed to set in.
I'd stay well away and hope we can pick up a seasoned and successful, yet uninspiring L1 manager who can get us back up. That or an internal appointment.
Ideally, an interim appointment until a takeover goes through and then hope we can prise Evatt or Eustace away from their current employers. I also don't think Valakari would be an impossibility.
That being said, this is all theoretical. Benitez is still in a job and Rooney remains our manager....for now

I really hope we can keep hold of Ebosele. He is going to be one hell of a player

I'm beginning to think we might struggle to reach the playoffs this year.

Thought it looked like cramp, which he went down for a few times on Sunday as well

MK-Ram got a reaction from jimtastic56 in Your top 3 Hopes for 2021/22
1 Shinnie stays. He is vital if we are in league one.
2 If Rooney leaves, we don't go for celebrity. Bolton aren't at the top of the league, but Evatt, Eustace etc would still be high up my list.
3 Responsible and sustainable ownership

Well at least this American rams fan actually came over when he said he was.

I can't see beyond Appleby/Rush on this if they are bidding.
I'm convinced this is the bidder Percy was talking about a while back when he referred to a dream bidder. Whoever the backer is, Appleby and Rush know the club and Appleby has a record in making us stable...even if the football was dire for a while, he ultimately gave us the best season in my memory.

I think it's more a case of 2+2=5. Tepper has a direct link to Glick, who then links to Appleby.
Someone like Tepper would be a dream and I'd be over the moon if he was involved in the Appleby group, but equally I can't believe he'd be interested in us.
Equally, there seems so little about Kirchner online (especially if he is a billionaire...where is the money coming from?), That I'd be surprised if he is acting on his own.

MK-Ram reacted to archram in Rams vs Luton Matchday Thread
Yay, I’m going to this!! After a brain haemorrhage and then lockdown I thought I’d never get to PP again. However, I’ve recovered really well over the summer, especially worked hard to improve physically and my partner is letting my son take me to the match - he’s much more worried than I am!
So, Rams, I’d appreciate a good performance and a win - though whatever happens I’ll feel like a winner just getting there.

Although GSW's site would also suggest they are simply acting as an agent for another buyer. It would suggest that they would simply facilitate this and then disappear, leaving us with the true owner, and without Moxey, Appleby, Rush etc.
Not a bad thing, just an observation

MK-Ram reacted to sage in PM me if you genuinely cannot afford to go but want to
We have a few posters who have agreed to gift a ticket or 2 to someone who cannot afford to go. You can PM me if you you want to go but genuinely can't afford to buy a ticket or two. Due to Covid you will need a fan id and an email address. We can get the ticket emailed to you.
Your PM will be dealt with in strictest confidence. We have all had times when we haven't been able to afford to go, we are all Derby and will help each other.

MK-Ram got a reaction from r_wilcockson in Game not on TV in concourse
Always remember when I was in the West Stand, there was two guys who, no matter what time it was in the game, could be found in the concourse watching the tv.
Just seems bizarre to me.
