Gary Rowett would be a massive upgrade. And I think Rowett is a dreadful manager.

I disagree. These players are a lot better than what they’re showing.
They may not buy in to what they’re being told to do or have lost confidence, but this group of players should be performing a lot higher than they are.

Its ability .. plain and simple .. motivation has nothing to do with being able to pass a ball 10 yards

He clearly likes the sound of his own voice.
He contradicted himself regards EFL contact and the rules and regulations surrounding the purchase of Reading.
Now I see that Reading are denying his unsubstantiated claims, hope for their sake they kick this charlatan to the curb quicker than we did with the fake Sheikh, Alonso and Kirchner.
 

There’s some talk on Twitter/X that Reading may not be too far from administration. It’s no real surprise if they’re giving us their stuff to flog. I assume we’d keep the profits.

Nothing will give me greater pleasure today than finding out that this man has lost his job, will get a football banning order and will soon be sentenced after pleading guilty.
It's about time more people realise that actions have consequences. 
At the same time, massive kudos to the regular Sheffield Wednesday supporters who have now raised over £18,000 for the Bradley Lowery Foundation after being appalled by the idiotic behaviour of one fan. 
(I thought there was already a thread about this but can't find it.)

Very sad news for Josh and his family, the support from his colleagues will be needed at a difficult time like this, sometimes there’s more to life than football. 😔 
Perhaps something could be arranged by fans to show support at the home game? Applause at the 31st min or something?

Well I’m happy we’re winning even if no one else is.

I'm in the give him till the end of the season camp but I might change my mind if we start to get drawn into a relegation battle which I don't think we will. Not that I'm comparing him at all to Brian Clough but it's worth remembering that in his first season with us we finished lower in the league than the season before and I for one am very happy that the board didn't have a knee jerk response and sack him at that point.

I know we are all pissed off with today, but lets point the gun at one person that person is Mel Morris, it was his awful decision making with him wasting money on players, sacking managers every year, and just basically destroying our club, Mr Clowes to me is a hero, saving our great club, it will take time to repair What MEL did to this club, a supporter my arse, he was a greedy business man, who nearly destroyed us, so thanks to Mr Clowes we still have a club. Once A Ram Always A Ram. Mel was NEVER A RAM. 

So now we are done for this transfer window, unless we get any free agents in, how do we feel about our squad...

Obviously some players can play other positions (e.g Waggy & Sibley can play across the 3). I put Sibley on the right purely to show 2 in each position.
Squad of 24 plus the likes of Bardell, Robinson & Brown to potentially step up from the academy.
I personally think if we stick to this formation, it suits our players & its good enough for top 2.

Let’s hope keeping Cashin and not getting a striker in will see us promoted but I’m not so sure 
if we could’ve sold cash for the 3.6m and got JCH for 800k I think would’ve been great business
