Its like the one on Twitter now about Burnley being interested in Knight.
That pretend ITK with the green colour on it says:
"Burnley interest in Knight is real, no official contact yet but bids expected"...how do they know its genuine if there hasn't been any contact? 

Don’t expect an answer mate. Dave Lee Travis knows more inside information than Big Trav.

In fairness, we also signed Claude Davis from Preston… (which I was really pleased with at the time - that feeling passed quite swiftly though!)

If his heart isn’t in playing for Derby, then we have to get as much cash for him as possible and get him out the door.
Having a team spirit is usually the difference maker between good and great.

Yep and there needs to be a fixed percentage sell on that can’t be sold off when a higher league club takes one of the youngsters as it would at least give the possibility of a future reward

Sad to see Roos go, under-rated and harshly treated by a section of Derby fans so probably best for his sake to have a fresh start elsewhere.
Freebie keepers including Alex Smithies & Jamal Blackman are available if we can start offering contracts.
There are always plenty of keepers available for loan too, seeing as most teams already have a clear cut no.1.

I really don’t know what drives these people to offer to buy something they logistically cannot complete.
Football seems to attract lots of chancers who have ambitions beyond their means.
I mean, how have the administrators allowed it to get this far without obtaining funds.  This is the second time he’s failed to provide the capital - Preston also found that to their detriment.

Still never understood why the 4th official doesn't oversee substitutions, without any interruption to the game. Board goes up (showing number of player coming off AND number of player coming on), player comes off at the half way line - as quickly or slowly as he likes, then 4th official allows new player on. Why does the game have to be stopped? What else does the 4th official actually do? Would stop so much unnecessary time wasting. 
 

In an unrelated topic, has anyone seen the tinder swindler?

One thing for sure, is that left back for Hull will be glad to see the back of him. As Festy had him on toast.
Having pace and power is enough to create havoc in the second division, and on his day he was unplayable.
He’s the sort of player that gets people off their seats, and I’ll miss that excitement when he was one on one with space behind…

Dean Leacock was a strange old player.
Looked classy when playing for us, but seemed to disappear quite quickly afterwards.

You need to package it up as a nice weekend away… to Fleetwood, Shrewsbury or Morecombe!
That’s what I’ll be banking on!
