TimRam reacted to Rammy03 in Bournemouth (H) Matchday Thread
And you wonder why we lose so many points from winning positions

TimRam got a reaction from Mick Brolly in New joke thread (trigger alert, may offend if you want it to)
On the B & Q subject:-
There was a fire at the local B & Q store yesterday. Luckily the staff managed to save
all the tins of paint, brushes and wall paper.
Management said due to their bravery, they will be decorated.

I don’t think you’ll see much change. Wayne Rooneys long term interest will be the same as every other ambitious person in any walk of life….himself.
So going out gung ho with experimental sides and young kids getting spanked every week will not be part of the plan (not to mention I think he has too much consideration towards those young players than to subject them to that anyway).
His aim now will be to be able to point to a points total that without the deductions would’ve kept Derby in the Championship. With all the background noise that in itself would be a major achievement and one that will help him when he eventually does look to move on and upwards as a manager.

Where does the money go? We raise millions each year but I’ve never seen where it’s spent.

Im not sure i can deal with that level of heartbreak in such a confined period of time lol

TimRam reacted to Carnero in Come January where would you strengthen and who would you go for?
If it is -21 and our results don't suddenly take a massive upturn, I'm not sure I would "strengthen" at all other than the odd loan deal, we got massively burned in 2008 trying to strengthen in the January when relegation was already inevitable, better to leave it till the Summer...

TimRam got a reaction from Angry Ram in Panic buying
The media drive most panic buying, hence the miracle of fuel delivery drivers shortage being sorted in a matter of weeks...strange that.

I accidentally gave my wife a glue stick instead of her lipstick.
She still won't talk to me.

Patrick Robert’s scored the goal that kept us up. And it was a very good goal too.

TimRam reacted to Mr. P in Millwall (A) Matchday Thread
Good result. We coped well and deserved at least a point. Millwall showing how poor this league is apart from the parachute payment clubs.

TimRam reacted to lukedcfc in Millwall (A) Matchday Thread
I would take a draw now, even though Millwall are poor.

Sounds like you'd need it for more than the one night. Depending on where you live!

TimRam reacted to Van der MoodHoover in First time I thought this tonight
So if we accept the need for a complete reset, shall we just wave the white flag with the EFL, get all the shizzle, embargoes etc out of the way and try to move on?

We’re down.
Slow out from the back, no desire to get the tempo up from the defence. Hollywood passes from midfield to the strikers.
Striker link up play depressing.
Forget the admin points, and the incoming ffp points, we’d be down anyway if Mel had stayed on.
