People who complain on trip advisor etc even when they have been given everything possible to resolve their issues at the point of the problem. Why do that?  Mistakes happen, if every effort has been made to compensate and apologise why isn’t that enough? They still have to have that last underhand spiteful dig.

People who leave the bathroom light on and the door closed when they're done, creating uncertainty when it comes to you needing to enter the bathroom yourself as to whether there's someone in there or not. Also people who forget to lock the door when they're in the bathroom.
    Leading to....
    - Calling out, knocking on the door to check the occupancy status - waste of breath, shouldn't be necessary
    - Trying the handle, finding it locked and having to apologise to the occupant for attempting to barge in on them taking a dump. Embarrassing
    - Trying the handle and opening the door to the sight of someone sat on the pooper. Mortifying.

The more I watch it the worse it gets, hopefully he'll learn from it, but I am always of the opinion that passing back to a keeper, especially shortish distances when an opposition player is close by is a risk, underhit it and you get last night's result, overhit it and at best could be a corner or the GK mis-controls it.
Stearman clearly instructs him and his inexperience means he'll do as he's told, poor by Stearman IMO as he should have seen there was plenty of room for KM to turn with the path of the ball, on his right foot and into space to either run forwards, pass, hoof it long or just launch it into the stands, all preferable to the risky ball back....
But to compound it, when he gets the shout to play it back, Allsop starts to retreat to his goal line which probably contributes to and exaggerates the amount the pass is underhit, he must have seen what was happening and I would have thought he'd have at worst maintained his position, if not advance, to be able to put his foot through the ball.
All in all though, I hate outfield players unnecessarily passing to GK's, major bug bear of mine, so modern coaching instructing this has a lot to answer for also IMO.
Nothing good ever comes from passing back to the GK.....

The key to your post is following “constructive discussions”. The club openly said they want to work with the EFL, they could have just submitted the accounts, EFL see something they don’t like then resort to disciplinary and legal action, there was potential for extra profit to be allowed for stadium sale amongst other issues, the EFL have probably seen a few submissions that have then been amended to hopefully ensure agreement. The statement you make saying it was the clubs decision to submit late is your opinion based on no facts.
What the club are therefore hoping for here is a quick turnaround due to having upfront dialogue, if the EFL now piss around and we miss the transfer window then (as long as our submission ends up removing the embargo and there is no other reason) then any feelings of wrath towards the EFL are justified. But I agree it’s not time to blame the EFL……….yet!

That's true,  but personally, I think Sibley is currently the  best option to play the central role behind the striker, he is most effective there, certainly not liking Lawrence central with coming to collect of the toes of the CH's, not sure how that gets him involved where he can hurt the opposition, as I've said before, I think he's better coming in from the left where he can drive to the centre, win free kicks or shoot. If WR wants someone on the ball deep that can actually pass and create, then on the bits we've seen, play Morrison there from the start alongside either Bird or Shinnie.
We need Lawrence and Sibley as a minimum to be supporting the lone striker, hopefully with Buchanan and Byrne/Festy supporting with width.
Writing this I'm starting to think the Terry Venables Christmas tree formation might be the compromise. Morrison in middle of Shinnie and Bird (or Watson replacing either) and Lawrence and Sibley in from but narrower so leaving space for attacking fullbacks

I suspect @Dimmulike a lot of us believe Sibley should be played centrally,  yet rarely if ever gets given the opportunity,  not saying he can't play in one of the wider positions, just that with his movement, control and willingness to make the runs around the CF he is better deployed centrally.
Personally I think Lawrence is better on the left also, so it should be a no brainer, but WR32 doesn't see it that way.

This for me, he is being asked to play out of position out wide too often, where he also needs to be more aware defensively.
It also means Lawrence goes wide left again which I believe he is better as it allows him to drive inside at the defence, he drifted wide once on Saturday and drove forwards with the ball, think the team would be better balanced with Lawrence wide and Sibley central.

The most important player we could have signed is Curtis Davies. If that's done, any others are just a bonus. Would rather play Sibley and Watson than Morrison and Carroll.

You keep on saying this so, instead of making us wait, why don't you tell us the real state of the club and where you got the information from?
Either that or just admit that you have no idea yourself other than what we all already know via the media.
You clearly have no understanding of the financial information already in the public domain, so unless you know an insider you are clearly just making a throw away comment with no basis.
Do you seriously believe he was using drones to spy on training? ?
Do you not think that cameras may have been used for analysis of player performance or something?

In case you haven't seen it... we're also in discussions with the EFL regarding the accounts and P&S submissions. The two parties disagree on at least one element (likely the £30m for stadium or new amortisation policy). Hence the hold up on those getting submitted.
This is a proper embargo. It doesn't get any 'harder' than this.

    Totally agree.
Need to get 2 CH's in pref before Saturday,  so Jags and Davies for me, the rest can wait, although Morrison would be a good addition, despite the fact I like Sibley and he may get game time if RM doesn't sign.
If get Mengi in and having Cashin, with Forsyth as cover I don't see us needing Steerman.
    Need better than Baldock
