I have been suffering with back and hip pain and over Christmas I bought a TENS machine. Only £16 from Lloyds pharmacy, so I thought I’d try it. Oh the relief! I’d recommend anyone to try it, it’s not a lot to lose if it doesn’t give desired effect. 

What’s with this “of” instead of “have”.  A lot of our posters do it. Must of, could of, should of, might of etc etc. it’s one thing saying it, but to actually write it?

What does he think of Didzy then? I really don't get this 'entertainment' rubbish. It's led by 'neutral' media if you ask me. When I watch us I want to see us win. To beat football teams in your league you have to be either exceptionally lucky or better than them!
Fozzy was immense at times yesterday, why wouldn't you pay to watch him and Cashin rule the pitch? With a better striker or better ref we'd have easily won yesterday.

What irks me is the sheer volume of throw-ins in the modern game that are foul-throw-ins and not picked up by officials. The Bolton long-thrower yesterday being a case in point; back leg off the ground every time. A bit like no balls in cricket - now cricket has VAR UMPIRES no longer check. 

Yesterday was one of the worst games for us being crap at throw-ins in recent memory (and that’s saying something).

This is the worst I’ve felt in years, worse than Covid. My ribs are agony from coughing. I’ve seen nobody except my other half all week and all my plans were cancelled. Hope they’ve enjoyed the run up to Christmas, selfish gits

I like most on here have watched years of football and seen thousands of players but sometimes you don't appreciate how good a player is until he plays for your team.
Nathaniel Mendez Laing falls into that category for me. I've always considered him a bit of a flighty player who is largely anonymous, a bit lazy but who might get you an occasional goal. Having now watched him for a dozen or so games I think that he is a quality player, with bags of skill, a team ethic and who isn't afraid to work his socks off. I'm surprised how many of our goals he seems to be at the heart of.
In my opinion he is probably our signing of the summer and if we are going to be successful it will be due, in a large part to him.

Coz then I get to look at Des and go "I used to go to school with you!!"

Nowadays a broader CV is more desirable. Branching out now and again is good. 
whatever you do, concentrate on what you can offer them. Just think what you’d enjoy and start looking there. It’s very true that if you do something you love you’ll never work a day in your life.

A 2011 Fiesta delivery miles only. First service it dumped oil all over my drive. TCH paid to get it professionally cleaned. A couple of weeks later a tractor flicked up a stone and it cracked my windscreen. Had that repaired then within weeks same thing happened and it had to be replaced. 
trying to park it I creased the bumper in a car park. Cost me £500 to fix, next day a woman ran into the back of me at a roundabout in Chaddesden. She went to pull over but when I got out of said Fiesta she put her foot down and sped off. 
that was it, traded it in. It was the most unlucky car ever.
