I think we might be a better side without him if Warne undertakes the right recruitment. Don’t get me wrong I loved seeing him play but it’s always alarming when you’re over reliant on a single player. I’d rather three players spread out say 18, 15, 10 goals and we become challengers rather than relying on a 35 year old to get 20 goals which I don’t think we would do next season

What all of 2 players who we could only loan with no fee your basing he’s recruitment on a lot dear me 

Blame the refs all you want folks but that was entirely our own (Davies) fault.

Thought the first 20 minutes was probably the best we've played this season. We looked like we had a midfield, we were passing comfortably and creating chances. Could have easily been 3 or 4 up and it wouldn't have flattered.
Then, in a tradition as old as the club itself, we conceded the first time they went forward. Thought their right winger had a field day behind Roberts and pulling Cashin out wide. We struggled to really adapt to that out ball most of the game.
Still, hard to be overly critical because I think we did deserve to win that game. Think some of the subs worked, some of them didn't and lost some momentum - bound to happen with sheer number of subs these days. Portsmouth time wasting was very small time... taking 3k fans across the country for a game which means literally nothing and then proceed to not play football for a large portion of it. Is it me, or is League One worse for this than the Championship ever was? It's so out of hand. 6 minutes were added but it could've been 16.
There's some debate going on in here about Warne, his style, his potential signing etc. All of it is completely moot until it happens. He's worked with what he's had, he's shown some ability to change the way we play despite that from game to game, and this squad he's working with is anything but well rounded. He's worked with a majority ageing, and definitely snails-paced team which has struggled to relieve pressure with the complete lack of an outball. Let him do what he needs to do and see where we go, all this thumbing our noses at style of football is silly. Want to be known as a nice footballing team down here? Fine, be Oxford or MK Dons, and look where they are. Let's get out of this pit first.

Best we can hope for this. 
Nobody, I repeat nobody, would be getting more of a tune out of these players.

After today, I think we may just have to lick our wounds and accept this year is not our year.
When we went on that fantastic unbeaten run, we did really well but also everything seemed to go our way and when things didn’t, we had the belief to shake it off and come back swinging.
Now we’re experiencing the opposite. We are on an awful run, nothing seems to be going our way and when things do, we still find a way to unravel.
It’s looking like one season too soon for us and there’s no shame in that. We didn’t start the season as a favourite for promotion, after all. Even at our very best in December to late January, there were still three sides comfortably better than us.
We have fallen victim to fine margins too many times in the last few months to feel like there’s going to be a happy, opportunistic twist of fate. 
Ipswich, Plymouth and Wednesday deserve promotion, but each of them had to suffer and lick their wounds before feeling the benefits they’re reaping now. In the same way that they did, we just have to clear our heads, take stock, learn lessons and come back next season stronger and wiser and more of a complete package.
I am of the mindset that we give Warne a full season and see what he can deliver with a full pre-season, a summer window with the ability to assess and reshape the squad and his own people orchestrating things behind the scenes and putting his stamp on things.
Don’t give up on Warne yet. His work is only really about to get started.
