As others have said, Birmingham of all clubs is just bizarre!
It sticks in the throat a bit as well considering the club have stood by him in terms of the long rehabilitation (more than once) to get him back fit to play. Add to that we've had very little in return on the investment.
I wish him well as a player, but I hope Brum get absolutely spanked every week, hateful football team. Having had to work in Birmingham frequently over the last 9 years I can honestly say that off all the clubs supporters I've had to endure (from that area) they are by far the worst.
More importantly it's imperative that we only have players in that dressing room that want to pull on a Rams shirt and commit, so all the dissenters and malcontents need to be gone. This is the big reset the clubs needed for a few years.
 

This fella plays for Barnsley and Poland.  He's still at Barnsley with no talk of playing in league 1 damaging his selection .  All seems rather odd to me.

Ah, so you're suggesting that any player that "doesn't want to play for us" should simply be released? - regardless of the length of their contract ; how much we paid for them; what their possible resale value is? That will make the football transfer market an interesting place....good grief

“Proved beyond doubt” ??‍♂️ a few mins in the pre-season friendlies so far, played less that one half so far tonight in a cobbled together team in which it seems none of them are really playing well, scored as many goals and provided as many assists in preseason as our recent striking recruit but yeah we should definitely write him off at this point ? 
He’s a young player, learning the game, is one of our few contracted players in a limited squad and our recruitment options are severely restricted, what about waiting to see if and how he’s contributed after a few of the league games before we end the lad’s career?

Tried for 2 seasons? He’s played 322 minutes of league football in his entire career for us. That’s less than 4 full games…

I did think that as soon as I posted, in all honesty, but then had visions of @papa_lazarou sat desperately waiting to plan their walking route to the ground etc, so immediately stopped feeling guilty!

Old Telegraph Offices on Meadow Road  gives you a nice 20 minute walk along river. Nice little pub down there too, Smithfield, if you're a drinker. Easy to get away from at end of game by time you've walked back. £5.
Sometimes you get the excitement of a big Asian wedding at the Grand River Suite (it's their car park) with all the well-dressed guests and glamorous wedding party looking at us scruffy football fans with horror!!

If both sides truly want a resolution then they'll find one. If not we'll thank him for his tremendous service and wish him all the best for the future. 
It will be sad if it ends like that  because I have nothing but admiration for the man and the way he's conducted himself during a difficult period for the club. Absolute rock for us but the future of the club must take priority.  

I don't care if he is good or not, if Middlesbrough want him then please for the love of God, chuck our whole budget at it, just to pee Gibson off ?
