dabber got a reaction from Tamworthram in A Supporters Trust
Cloud cuckoo land I know, but If Ryan Reynolds could get involved at Wrexham then surely Niall Horan, Jack O'Connell (Hollywood connections) et al could get involved at Derby?

And now you can bathe in the glorious result. Great effort on the pitch despite the shower off the field. We could be tap-ping on the door of the playoffs at this rate. Er.........toilet ?

The problem with anything more than 6 points is that it makes us favourites for relegation and therefore makes us even less attractive to potential new recruits - which makes us bigger favourites for relegastion, etc, etc.....
The EFL seem detemined to drag this out as long as they can - which fits with their 'disappointed' comments when we were given a fine rather than a points deduction - they wanted/want to relegate us to placate Gibson and Wycombe. If they can't do it under the published penalties they will do it by crippling our ability to function and dragging this out as long as they can - it's pathetic and goes completely against their stated aim of protecting clubs, but those are the people we're dealing with....

We’re at home so I would expect us to revert to playing out from the back. The fact Rooney himself said he didn’t like watching the game yesterday and said it’s ugly football Derby fans won’t like watching would also suggest it’s an occasional plan B.
Performance first half v Forest and taking our chances I think we can win this one. If we go for a win and get a draw that would also be an ok result.
My team would be as follows:
Roos
Byrne Jagielka Davies Buchanan
Knight Bird
Sibley Morrison Jozwiak
Lawrence
Same as Forest but Buchanan and Knight in for Foz and Shinnie. Bird is good defensively and is better at getting us playing from deep with his passing breaking the lines, Knight gives us energy, can break up play but also can support the front 4. Definitely need to tweak the full backs tactics at times for this one, can’t have both Byrne and Buchanan pushing right up unless we’re well on top.

Funniest Derby joke ever about Derby from Chubby Brown:
”Some 1-way system you’ve got here: you have to throw an effing 6 to start…”.

Brilliant. I've waited about 30 years to see us, get stuck in like that.
We learned from the Birmingham game and the correct team was picked and the players worked for the club and fans.
So many teams have played us and got results from us by being ugly, in this league, so many times, time and time again, we have to be ugly at times, and tonight we were ugly, but beautiful at the same time. Our fans were wonderful throughout.
I love Derby County Football Club. Well done Wayne Rooney.

That approach actually has quite a lot of merit to it and it's the only 3 at the back lineup that's really caught my eye. Brown at the back gives a little bit more pace, comfort going out into wide areas and ability on the ball. Ebosele is a genuine threat in a wing back position and much more likely to hurt teams than Byrne is and wing back suits him more than being pushed further forward. Also gives the front three a lot of freedom.

I would guess - given that the quote hasn't been repeated anywhere since - that Sky actually know the same as the rest of us and the rest of the press - diddly squat. They probably jumped the gun and presumed.
We were found not guilty of any wrongdoing re the stadium sale and have been punished with a fine for the accounting/amortisation issues so both matters are now closed and dealt with, or should be. The only thing left is the financial results from accounts resubmitted and our performance against FFP targets (for which transgressions and punishment is clearly set out).
You would have thought that had we not resubmitted any accounts that we would have heard about that by now so I would guess that the resubmitted accounts probably either show that we failed FFP but we are arguing mitigation (the EFL let us go on using our amortisation method year after year without saying anything) or that we have resubmitted accounts that show we passed the FFP tests but the EFL don't agree how we have got to that result; or a bit of both.

4 minute sit down and rehydration. It was poor form for me. I think she was questioning if it should be classed as an injury that would stop her playing out till the next break. She had a point. Sure Nadal had one recently and cracked on till the next break in the match.

I'd be pretty pissed of if it took an opponent 3 or 4 minutes to have a bit of tape put on at that point in a game, and I was applying considerable pressure.
