Steve How Hard? Posted January 1 Share Posted January 1 Posh are very good at transitioning the ball and we are struggling to cope with how fast they do it. I think it's a combination of the amount of games in a short period catching up with us and us not picking up the runners. An extra pair of legs in the middle could negate this. What is for sure if we don't change things or wake up to their tactics, we will concede again. Forward line not pressing and our midfield completely collapsing let them straight back in and put them in control of the game. We've come back into in the last 10 mins or so. We need improve further if we want the 3 points. Subs will be crucial as we do look leggy. Make no mistake they are a useful team, who are giving us problems. Kernow Posted January 1 Share Posted January 1 Pretty decent first half for a neutral. Fairly end to end, they’ve been the better side. You can tell it’s a League One game, though. Both sides could’ve had more but it’s the last ball which is lacking. I hope it’s more game management rather than being knackered, but we look quite tired. 3 games in a week with no changes, it might be one that’s won off the bench for us. We should be fresher and wanting it more than them. If we get yourselves to the position of winning this and Bolton drop points- we go 2nd. We then looked in control, before hanging on for last 5 mins. Pleased to get to half time level, hopefully Peteboro had their best periods of the game now.
