Some decent crosses, but defensive side needs work if he's going to play there more. 35Nelson. 7. Pretty solid. 6Cashin. 6.5. A couple of missed challenges but otherwise a decent performance. 3Forsyth. 5. Not one of his better games. 5Bradley. 6. No errors as far as I can tell. 4Hourihane. 4. Should have rolled around in agony after that 50/50 challenge like the Wycombe player. Poor performance thereafter. 7Barkhuizen. 6.5 On the spot for another tap in and added some attacking flair. Still a little lightweight at times though. 2Wilson. 6. Some sloppy control and not as decisive as recently. Hopefully will come back stronger v Imps. 19John-Jules. 6. Much like Barkhuizen, but surely ready for a start Mr Warne? 8Bird. 5.5. Some way from his best, but often surrounded by 3 Wycombe pie-chuckers with few passing options. 17Sibley. 6. Daft booking but did well not to react to the Wycombe pr*ck who tried to get him sent off. Possibly a wise decision by Warne to sub him. 22Fornah. 6. A sloppy pass that could have cost us, but recovered well. Worth a start. 11Méndez-Laing 7. Not at his best but still our main threat. Needs a cotton wool suit for Christmas. 9Collins. 6.5 I thought he was nailed on for a red card from Book'em Becca after that fracas but controlled himself well. Worked hard without reward. A couple of great interceptions though- 5. 5Bradley-maybe mark their big centre forward from the free kick at the end? Didn’ t really do much 6 4Hourihane-lack of ball control, lack of rolling around on the floor as if he had been shot -5 7Barkhuizen-scored a goal, looked more of a threat than Wilson-6 2Wilson- I thought he was awful - no end product, no…anything 4 19John-Jules/ disappointing cameo, kept falling over but why was he put on the left wing - 5 8Bird-meh, pretty anonymous -5.5 17Sibley-did well not to react when they tried to get him sent off. If he had put his boot into the face of the cheating scum bag I don’t think I could have blamed him. Needs to affect games more though, anonymous - 5 22Fornah-5 half arsed. He ‘leads the line’ well and puts in loads of effort but never really presents a goal threat. He’s the type that needs a partner. Had Taylor in his pocket….but see Nelson for distribution 3Forsyth - 5 …..OK defensively but poor passing 5Bradley -6 …..did nothing wrong 4Hourihane - 5….poor touch =bad tackle =yellow=can’t make another tackle 7Barkhuizen - 7……energy and threat. 2Wilson - 5…..poor game but mucked around positionally 19John-Jules - 5……involved in the goal but pretty poor 8Bird - 5.5……..unclear if told to vacate CM or chose to, but largely unavailable for the ball when playing the circle formation 17Sibley - 4.5…..ill deserved booking. Described by Warne as a CM in interviews…. Wasn’t at his best, though not the only one. Gets a pass ‘cos it’s Fozzy innit. 5Bradley 6. Marshalled their ‘threat’, such as it was. 4Hourihane 5. Surprised, given the precedent set by the ref early doors that he didn’t see red. 7Barkhuizen 7. Extra point for the ‘Fox in the box’ finish. 2Wilson 6. How he plays won’t always pay off, and it didn’t really yeaterday. 19John-Jules 6. Seemed to be competing for Collo’s favoured birth on the left wing at times. Not his game. 8Bird 5.5.
