The only thing he got right was the 2nd penalty - otherwise it was series of embarrassing, incompetent decisions, some of which, like the Sibley one at the end, are simply unexplainable. I would willingly support a crowdfunder to match the wages of the officials and donate to a charitable cause if the referee and linesman agreed to waive their match fees for today.
